Employee was friendly but repeated himself a lot... Also he had to call his boss about 4 times because he didn't know what to do. He even asked us a one point where a certain pipe...

What impresses us most about Pipe Wrench Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is the fact that you get a very quick response, because more often than not they will send someone out on the same day--even if it is not an emergency. They are always on time and it is always easy to get an appointment. We've done a lot of business with them over five years, and we have always been pleased with their work. The fellow who has come here before is very professional and he checks out the situation and lets you know exactly what it is going to cost to fix, so you know everything up front--what work he is going to do and how much it will cost. Any time there has been a problem with the work, they have always returned promptly and taken care of it. more

Water heater purchase and installation. 4/13/2016

Great Service! John knew exactly what to do and went to work on getting my tankless water heater installed as soon as I said yes to the cost. He even changed my Pressure valve and re-routed gas lines for me. I would recommend Pipe Wrench Plumbing and use them for many years to come. Thanks John. more

Great 4/13/2016

I felt that the cost of some of the parts were a little high, but, I had been working with another plumber and wasn't getting the desired results. The hot water reaches the shower a lot sooner than before and there is almost too much water pressure. more

Replaced crawlspace waterpipe and replaced toilet 4/11/2016

Staff was excellent. Very personable but quite professional. Estimate was fair and complete. Work started on time and finished early. Staff was respectful of the property and went out of their way to explain what they were doing and worked quickly. Their follow up was excellent and all work and cleanup was done well. I would definitely use them again. more

We recently utilized the services of the guys over at Pipe Wrench Plumbing, Heating & Cooling to help us out with a little bit of a plumbing issue we had been having. The guy they sent out to deal with the problem was very prompt and courteous. It was a pretty simple job and he did it well, and the best part for me was that he did not take very long to do it either. The price was reasonable and the problem is all cleared up which earns five stars from me. more

Pipe Wrench Plumbing, Heating & Cooling helped me with a drain issue that I had with a clugged pipe at a store. They had to clear things out by snaking the drain and they had to drain out the sewer line. They did a good job and they were quick about it. It costed me around $390 and it was fine but I don't have too much relativity to regular plumbing costs. I mean, it was pretty quick so that much money for about 1.5 hours doesn't seem cheap, but, I was satisfied enough and they completed the work which is the most important thing. They were very responsible and completed the work in a timely matter so I was really satisfied. more

Very polite and helpful plumbers 4/6/2016

So far everything has been great with Pipe Wrench Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. They did a lot of stuff over the past few days. They did some work on the water heater. He took a piece off the wallboard to access the drain because we thought we had a leak, but there wasn't a leak. A guy with a camera came out to look down the drain to see if we had a clog but it turned out we didn't have a clog but we had a too much water in our drain field. more

Left it clean 4/5/2016

John was the technician that came to our house. In order to replace a bathtub drain, he had to cut a hole in the ceiling and one in the wall. Drywall makes a mess when cut, but when he was finished, there was no mess. Best part was the drain being repaired. John was very friendly and professional. more

Good 4/5/2016

I have to say that my experience with Pipe Wrench Plumbing, Heating & Cooling was good but really nothing special. I called them because I was having some plumbing issues and it took them a little while to get out to my home. Once they made it out to my home they cleared up the issue pretty quickly. I think they charged me a little much for what they did, but they got my plumbing up and running so I can't really complain. more

Strong Quality 4/3/2016

On-Time and professional. He went through troubleshooting but after a couple of hours found that the grinder pump outside was off. Wish he would have found it first. They charged me full price for everything they completed and it was fairly expensive. After a day or two, I thought that it was a very expensive bill when he could have just turned the grinder pump on. I called them and gave them the information and they were very responsive and refunded a portion of the total charge. I found the experience to be satisfying and would recommend. They are a high quality business, in which they charge a bit more but, in my initial experience, feel like they can be trusted. more

They are very nice people and I didn't feel at all uncomfortable letting them in my home. They got my drain unstopped although it took more than the $99 special to do it. I doubt the drain in my condo had ever been snaked. more
