Arrived as scheduled but did not leave a estimate. Had to call more than once and still did not receive the estimate. Went to the office and finally got a refund of the dispatch fee. When I did get the estimate, to run approximately 80 feet of pipe for natural gas, it was over $3K. Pricy to say the least more

If you need help fast these are the folks to call. Knowledgeable and helpful staff from the estimator to the office and financial staff. Got job done quickly. Hard working folks! They've earned our respect and we WILL REFER them. more

The technician arrived on time and was rude when he found out I was using a coupon. He reluctantly preceeded to attempt to unstop the clogged drain. He was unsuccessful and clearly frustrated and was excessively rough with his attempts. In his attempts he broke a pipe in the wall behind my cabinet which was discovered after a second plumber was called to do the job. When your technician was unable to unstop the drain and clearly needed to access the cleanouts in the crawl space he stated "there is no way I'm doing this for what the coupon says'". At that point I asked him if he could examine the drain by camera to locate the occlusion as had been listed on the coupon mailer. He said "I don't have a camera." At this point I told him his services were no longer needed and he proceeded to charge the amount on the coupon despite his inability to unclog our drain. I asked him to wait in his truck while I contacted your dispatcher, I contacted the dispatcher who said she would have the supervisor call me. I am still waiting on that call. I am assuming his superiors told him to charge me a reduced amount ($50). I paid the fee and promptly called a real plumber. The second plumber unstopped the drain via the cleanouts in less than 20 minutes. That charge was $50 but it cost an additional $300 to locate and repair the pipe which was broken by your technician. In summery this technician is at the least incompetent and your customer service is seriously lacking. You can read this review on YELP and Angie's List. I have lived in Oak Ridge sense 1970. Been on my own sense 1980. Most of the time I try to do most things around the house myself. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Paul came out and worked on two toilets in our house and did a great job. These people are very professional and polite from the first phone call to finishing the job. more

The are very unprofessional and over charged. For a bathtub clogged, they charged me $255. They will have to charge you $45 just to come out to take a look or give you an estimate. Other plumbers only charge around $120 max. more
