Employee was friendly but repeated himself a lot... Also he had to call his boss about 4 times because he didn't know what to do. He even asked us a one point where a certain pipe...

Excellent Service 7/1/2016

Everything about my experience with Pipe Wrench was excellent. Mike C. was very professional and provided numerous options to repair or replace my water heater. I decided to replace the unit for a tankless system and was pleasantly surprised when he was able to install the unit the same day. Definitely would recommend Pipe Wrench and Mike C. to anyone needing service. more

Excellent 6/30/2016

I thought Pipe Wrench Plumbing, Heating & Cooling did very well. This is my third time using them. This time, they just replaced some shut off valves under the sink. I like that they get the job done, that they're competent and that they do good work. Originally I was recommended to them by a friend, and I have already recommended them to others. I feel good about them. They show up on time, they're well-trained and they do a great job. I will continue to use them in the future. more

Bruce the man who installed the unit was wonderful. 6/28/2016

I had issues with the man who quoted me and the office staff but everyone worked together to fix the issues and the install group Bruce and David went above and beyond to make my son feel important and talked him through what they were doing. Let him be the "supervisor". Very wonderful. Thank you. more

Charlie did a great job. He communicate on all events for repairs need to unit as well as showing the defected parts which needed to be replaced. This was wonderful. 6/3/2016

Hot water heater installation. Tech did excellent job. Was cooperative, pleasant and conscientious. My only complaint is that jobs are not itemized with costs being broken down so one can see cost of individual items, for example, labor, parts, travel, or whatever. This is company policy, not any fault of technicians. It makes me think Pipe Wrench are trying to hide something. In my case, the water heater cost was about 40% of total cost. I don't have a written warranty. I am told it is guaranteed for 6 years. I don't know if there is "fine print" somewhere on that. more

We've used Pipe Wrench Plumbing, Heating & Cooling for several projects. We have a lot of pinhole leaks, and they're wanting to see if it's a pipe, so we're waiting until it rains. They're looking at the hulls and ceilings. They've also looked at a tub for us. They're always polite and professional. more
