Not happy with the service 8/2/2016

We had a problem with our main pipe. We decided to give this company a try from the special they were offering. Which said they would at least make it drain. The service tech was nice, and started to snake the pipe out, then stuck the camera to see what was the issue. Turns out we have roots but as soon as he saw this he stopped and then told us that it would cost a small fortune to get it going. I was upset that he left our house still not being able to flush or use any kind of water. So we decided to decline (after an immediate phone call) as we felt they only wanted more money immediatly. We rented out a snake from home Depot and got a majority of the root out and was able to drain again. We will be getting a plumber to fix the root problem,but we will not use this company's service as we felt sort of ripped off. more

Very efficient and professional 8/2/2016

Pipe Wrench Plumbing, Heating & Cooling are very good. He was very quick and he got there earlier than I thought that he would. He found the problem within ten minutes of being there, and then he went ahead and replaced it and was done within forty five minutes at the most. more

Friendly, competent staff 7/20/2016

I needed my freon recharged in my AC unit and called Pipe Wrench Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. They took a long time to finish the job, but they assured me they didn't charge me by the hour so it was a good experience. I had used them for a major water leak last year and they did an excellent job. They always come out quickly and get the job done. I highly recommend them, they are true professionals! more

Disappointed. 7/15/2016

Pipe Wrench Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, Inc. didn't fix all the problems. I had a plumbing problem and it left a bgi mess. I needed to cover my furniture because there was a big mess to clean up afterwards. They had to come back and fix these things. Their customer service is good, though. They are easy to talk to. I have been using them for many years, but won't continue to use them anymore. more

Prompt, friendly service 7/2/2016

Had emergency on Sunday. Tho I called another plumbing co. 3 hrs. before Pipewrench, Pipewrench plumber arrived even before I heard back from the other contractor. Excellent service both on the emergency Sunday & when he returned later in week to add a water line to my icemaker. more
