Employee was friendly but repeated himself a lot... Also he had to call his boss about 4 times because he didn't know what to do. He even asked us a one point where a certain pipe...

Would not recommend 3/20/2016

Didn't show when they were suppose to. Plumber not very friendly. Fixed one leak and never checked it. He left and the leak was still there Had to return to fix it. not cheap definitely not worth the money. more

Water Company told us we had a leak somewhere in the house. He checked all my tubs and toilets (3 full baths) and found no small leak other than a small drip in a tub that they repair for me. I called the water company and told them that no major leaks were found. They said to put food dye in the toilet tank and if the bowl below turns the same color then there is a leak in the toilet. The food coloring did drip down into one of the bowls. We had that toilet replaced completely today by Home Depot. more

The whole experience was very pleasing. from the initial contact on march 12th, 2016 to the end of the service call. From the phone call to the time Damien arrived was an hour or less. The kitchen sinkwas in sad shape. for all purposes it would not drain at all. Damien went right to work In no time at all the drain problem was fixed. I could tell it was a serious. The price was reasonable. Damien was courteous and very knowledgeable and efficient. I would highly recommend Pipe Wrench Plumbing. more

Had both an inspection/preventive maintenance on HVAC Systems (3) and removal of clog in sewer line. Both were done by well qualified and caring technicians. Price for service was quit fair. I highly recommend this Company. more

Great service 3/11/2016

They provided a very prompt and professional service. Technician arrived on time and I was notified when they were in the way, Damien was very helpful and recomenned additional repairs that will be needed later. He even tested our water pressure which was high and informed me of problems that will be caused by this.and recommended a fix. We will definitely used them again more

Had a good experience. josh the technition was OnTime, courteous, clean, and got the job done. He diagnosed the problem with my garbage disposal and recommended replacement. He let me know the cost and how long it would take. The new garbage disposal works great. He cleaned up any mess and showed me the work area when he finished for my approval. I would absolutely recommend Josh and Pipe Wrench plumbing in the future. more

$314.00 just to have a drain line snaked is to expensive your man did not even spend 1 hr,that's about $ 400. Per hour. Way to much! more

Excellent service 2/23/2016

Within about 3 hrs of contacting pipe wrench plumbing my plumbing problem was taken care of. Anthony arrived on time and immediately found and fixed my problem. He was very professional and pleasant. He was great and didn't seem to mind my 60+lbs dogs that think they should be center of attention at all times. My experience with pipe wrench plumbing was wonderful. Ladies I spoke with on the phone are very sweet and helpfull. I can't thank pipe wrench plumbing enough for making my plumbing issue a little bit less painful. I only wish I had a magnet for my fridge. (Hint hint) lol Again thank you to Anthony and the ladies I spoke with for making my experience with pipe wrench plumbing a pleasant one it seems that is becoming a rarity with companies today more
