Hot water heater installation. Tech did excellent job. Was cooperative, pleasant and conscientious. My only complaint is that jobs are not itemized with costs being broken down so one can see cost of individual items, for example, labor, parts, travel, or whatever. This is company policy, not any fault of technicians. It makes me think Pipe Wrench are trying to hide something. In my case, the water heater cost was about 40% of total cost. I don't have a written warranty. I am told it is guaranteed for 6 years. I don't know if there is "fine print" somewhere on that.
