Review content:
We had a problem with our main pipe. We decided to give this company a try from the special they were offering. Which said they would at least make it drain. The service tech was nice, and started to snake the pipe out, then stuck the camera to see what was the issue. Turns out we have roots but as soon as he saw this he stopped and then told us that it would cost a small fortune to get it going. I was upset that he left our house still not being able to flush or use any kind of water. So we decided to decline (after an immediate phone call) as we felt they only wanted more money immediatly. We rented out a snake from home Depot and got a majority of the root out and was able to drain again. We will be getting a plumber to fix the root problem, but we will not use this company's service as we felt sort of ripped off.
