I took my dog for his yearly checkup in June, and was shocked by what I encounter. First, there was no where to sit or even stand for that matter. There were 5 dogs and three cats waiting already, and more waiting to check in or out, people were actually outside to wait. This is a huge a safety issue for the animal and it's owner. I pray that your overbooking does not result in the injury of a pet or human. In the past, I usually waited with the max of three other pets and owners, and we were in with our doctor within 5 minutes not the 25 minutes I waited in June. My second concern was with the new receptionist, she was extremely rude and totally unprofessional. She ignored me for 9 minutes while I was the only one standing in front of her, to pay my bill. She also was screaming that everyone was leaving without paying, gee I wonder why! If I didn't have my son with me to take my pet to the car I would of left too, due to the unsafe conditions, I had to keep looking around so I did not
