A year ago I had to find a new vet for an old dog, who really didn't like males. I called Merrick and then got me in rather quickly as a new patient with Dr. Kasper. She was sweet and kind to my old dog and did the exam and blood draw on the floor, so not to stress her out. Within the last 2 months I have had to call many times with questions about my dog, because getting her in the car was to difficult and I didn't want to stress her out. Every time I received a call back from Dr. Kasper with great answers to help me out. On October 2, 2009 my 14 1/2 year old dog couldn't get up, soiled herself and me, I knew it was time. I called at 3:30 and they got me in at 4:40 pm, there was nothing more that could be done for her, they made her comfortable and when I was ready we put her down and Dr. Casper said I could stay in the room as long as I needed no one would bother us.
