Yes, I would agree with anyone who has commented about the staff. However, I would mention that it is only one staff person that I have encountered who is rude and bossy. The rest are very professional. If I need to call and order a prescription dog food, most staff who answer are nice. If a particular one answers, I know I will be in for a hassle. Don't even bother calling about a prescription dog food on a Saturday, she will really ream you out for calling on a busy day. I put up with this as I like everything else about this place. I do not think that the vets know how bad this is.
