I would also have to agree with anyone else who has had a problem with one particular staff member. I love the vets there but I find myself always "crossing my fingers" that one, particularly rude staff member doesn't answer the phone when I call or wait on me when I have to go in. I always just assumed she must be married to one of the vet's...that's the only way she could still have a job there.
