I had a small water leak. I called Dipple based on a Google search and an online coupon offer. They responded quickly, assessed the situation, accommodated my busy schedule, and completed the job quickly. The serviceman was courteous, respectful and pleasant. I will call them again and highly recommend them based on this experience. more

We called Dipple regarding a yearly spring HVAC check-up. After calling a few competitors and being told it be a week before someone could come out, we called Dipple and they had someone out that afternoon. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and did not use high pressure tactics. We have an older unit that I know will be needing to be replaced within a few years, but the technician worked hard to make sure it was running as well as it could. When our unit finally gives up the ghost, Dipple is at the top of my list for replacement. more

Overall I had an excellent experience working with Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air. Mark the plumber that came out was courteous and helpful, gave me some tips on how to manage issues like this myself, and all in all made me feel much better about the situation at hand. Not to mention is was pouring rain during the time of the service but he never let that beknown as an issue. Very courteous and professional minded service man and I recommend both him and Dipple Plumbing & Electrical to anybody else in the area looking for a reliable and affordable handyman for these issues. I had a leaky shower and faucet. The Dipple team of Mark Chapman and Danny Bolta were timely, professional, and had excellent workmanship. I especially like the thoughtfulness of covering their shoes before walking through my house. I would highly recommend these gentlemen to complete any plumbing needs! more

I have a new water heater but for some reason it needed a new element.....so I called several companies to come out to my rescue but Dipple was the only one that came at the time I needed. And on top of that it was within 45mins I also learned that the part that I got for my water heater came with a 1 year warranty!!!.I appreciate everything that Dipple has done me. I cannot ever express my appreciation for Dipple and their very dependable electricians, Aaron Simmons and Ryan! I was visiting my parents in Greenville for several Drs. appointments when they experienced some electrical issues in their home. I contacted Dipple on Friday morning and they responded quickly. As it turns out, my parents home had some major electrical issues which resulted in Duke Power cutting the power to their home for the repairs to be made. I had to move my parents out of their home and into a hotel on a Friday night. After explaining to Aaron Simmons our situation, that I had to return to Texas, and my parents health concerns, he told me that they would work on Sunday to try to get the issues resolved and my parents back into their home as soon as possible! And, that is exactly what happened! I will forever be grateful for the care and concern that they showed to my parents, in their excellent work ethic and in getting the job done and done well. I had my deep well inlet moved, a pressure tank replaced, a whole house filter added, a clean out valve added and a new hot water heater replaced. All at the same time. Billy and his electrician were up-front about the cost involved, timely in their completion of the project and professionally handled the tasks at hand. I was pleasantly surprised with the level of personal service and concern that Billy had for my satisfaction. He even went as far as taking a call weeks later after the severe cold snap. The issue ended up being unrelated to the job Dipple performed, but he called to make sure the issue was resolved anyway. I was reluctant at first to contact a company such as Dipple as they are many times associated with a higher cost. However, my experience was very positive and the costs were competitive. I will be contacting them again for any future needs. more

A house full of holiday guests and the heat in the in-law-suite stops working. This could have turned into a nightmare but instead Dipple saved our holiday (and sanity)! We searched online for a company to use and came across the ad for Dipple. We read enough positive reviews to know that they should be able to help us in a hurry. From the lady answering the phone to the technician that came out to the house. Everyone was very helpful! The technician that came out (sorry, I've forgotten his name), even called the following day to make sure everything was still working and to see if there was anything else that we needed. Researched internet for reviews on local companies to service my heat pump. Just moved to area, it is always difficult to fine reliable services not knowing companies reputation. Called Dipple to service our heat pump and check system as we just purchased our home. Their technician (Brian) arrived as scheduled. He performed all the necessary checks and test. Replaced 2 parts in heat pump that were boarderlined. He took the time to answer all my questions and explain in terms I could understand. Brian was very professional and knowledgeable in his field. I will definitely call again an request Brian. I just called to have my septic system check. Will review that next. more

Dipple showed up early, really listened to my problem, explained what they would do in easy to understand terms, did the work as explained. When they didn't get the problem to total satisfaction they replaced something that was still a problem and everything is working as it should work. more

I had used Dipple before for plumbing problems and found them to be efficient and a good value. When I had an electrical problem, I was initially hesitant (aftrer all, their name says Plumbing!) but called Dipple. Aaron Simmons came, he was outstanding in diagnosing the problem. Called Dipple and they came the next morning. Aaron Simmons, Electrician was on-time & very polite. Instead of replacing the bathroom vent fan/heater, he determined only the switches needed to be replaced. Though the pricing seemed high; he did a great job and explained everything to us. We will call Dipple again! He even smiled at all our doggies :) more

I emailed Dipple on Saturday 11-15-13 to schedule an appointment to hardwire our new range. We didnt feel comfortable attempting ourselves particularly with a 37 yr old condo that has aluminum wires that must be connected to a cooper wire range. Aaron arrived 10 AM Monday morning. In addition to wiring the stove he replaced our badly aging junction box. The breaker for the range is outside. While out there Aaron noticed one of our electrical lines that should have been buried or placed in conduit by whoever did work prior to our buying the condo was exposed above ground and damaged most likely by the landscaping crew. Aaron replaced the wiring and placed in protective conduit. He also discovered poor wiring to our heat pump which he rewired. While not an inexpensive day we appreciated the promptness of Dipple in scheduling us and the thoroughness of Aaron in discovering safety/pending failure issues, advising us of what the issue was & getting our permission to perform the work before doing so. Aaron was highly professional, courteous, thorough & detailed in his explanations. We appreciated his explaining each issue he discovered & potential consequences if left uncorrected. We knew from prior experience the wiring in this condo isnt great so asked him to look for and correct any potential safety issues which he did in an extremely satisfactory fashion. This is our 2nd service experience with Dipple and certainly would use them again. They are prompt scheduling and their electricians are personable and thorough. In talking with each extensively while they worked it became readily apparent they werent just doing a job as quickly as possible to get to the next call but were thorough in checking not only what called here for but other issues that could be potential safety issues in the future. We try to do as much home repairs/upgrades as possible ourselves to save money but when dealing with electricity with all its potential hazards we prefer professionals. I initially selected Dipple by locating it online & noticing prior reviewers gave it great ratings. Now based on personal experience we will continue using them. more

I had Dipple come out for some electrical upgrades last week. My tech, Aaron Simmons, was not only on time, but was 5 minutes early. He explained what the scope of work would be, but only after careful diagnosis, & recommending a couple of options. The work was done very well, & the work area was as clean as it was before he started. I have dealt with 100's of vendors over the years with mixed opinions and results, but must admit my overall experience and satisfaction with Dipple Plumbing/HVAC was outstanding. We had a steam humidification system installed on our furnace. Operations manager Bill Wampler and his crew were a pleasure to deal with. Punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and completely trust worthy. Even a follow up visit to correct a minor installation problem was handled within 6 hours of my call to Bill. Highly recommend only if you are looking for total customer satisfaction. more

Asked for a plumber to fix a gas leak - fixed that problem and I feel I was grossly over charged for the service performed. Then on top of that the individual was trying to sell other services which include electric and heating unit. Not sure how a plumber could be an expert in those areas. Was very persistent that I needed other items performed. Will never use thiscompany again. more
