For over a year, I was paying for the Duke Energy water line repair program. A couple of weeks ago, I decided to take advantage of the program since I had a leaking pipe.
The Duke Energy representative arrived at the house, did not introduce himself, had mud all over his pants, and did not have proper shoe covers. Against my better judgment, I let him into my house to see if he could repair the pipe. He had two suggestions. Either glue the pipe or to rip out the wall and replace the PVC. I opted for the glue and sent him on his way.
Well, that actually made matters worse so I called Dipple. As usual, the woman that scheduled the appointment and the two men that made the repairs were pleasant and professional. The best part is that the repair was made without tearing up a wall.
So, not only am I a loyal heating and air customer, Dipple now has me as a loyal plumbing customer.
THANKS DIPPLE!
