I had my deep well inlet moved, a pressure tank replaced, a whole house filter added, a clean out valve added and a new hot water heater replaced. All at the same time. Billy and his electrician were up-front about the cost involved, timely in their completion of the project and professionally handled the tasks at hand. I was pleasantly surprised with the level of personal service and concern that Billy had for my satisfaction. He even went as far as taking a call weeks later after the severe cold snap. The issue ended up being unrelated to the job Dipple performed, but he called to make sure the issue was resolved anyway. I was reluctant at first to contact a company such as Dipple as they are many times associated with a higher cost. However, my experience was very positive and the costs were competitive. I will be contacting them again for any future needs.
