They did everything wonderfully...prompt, efficient, saved me a LOT of worry and trouble and hassle, by doing the fix so I wouldn't have to get a mason to replace/repair a brick. ...

Worst

Not pleased at all with the service I received. Had two leaks before paying $600.00...still have the very same leaks.

Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air have done various jobs for me. The first time I called was a time I had a problem and needed help. They were very prompt and courteous and came out within hours to help me. This last time they did some plumbing and electrical services and again they were courteous, professional and prompt. They're quick to respond and I have good comments for all the technicians. They're very trustworthy, show you everything, and explain what they're doing and why you have to have things done. I would recommend going with them because I think they're very trustworthy! more

Customer Service in the office 3/5/2015

WOW is all I can really say.I was very pleased with the ladies and men in the office.They are very nice!None of them knew me at all,but we was able to laugh and get a smile out of each other,when I called and was telling them the issues with plumbing and heating n air I was having.I was being silly,its just my nature and these people actually laughed with me.I love a company that can turn bad issues into good things and laugh with the customer about it.Thank u so much for all u ladies and men in the office for ya laughs and support,I really enjoy being able to talk to people and make them laugh with me..I am very pleased with Dipple! Please keep up the AWESOME Customer Service and please DO NOT change u all are fantastic. :) more

Heating & Ac Unit Tuned Up 3/5/2015

Dipple sent out Craig to do a tune up on my unit.He was fast to get out here.He also was very imformative and very nice.I not only enjoyed the help from craig,but my kids and 3 dogs liked him also.My red nose pitt licked Craig as to tell him thank u.Craig did his job and did it well.I really enjoyed the information he gave me and the time he took to do the tune up and the niceness he was to all of us.Craig is Awesome!! I will be referring my friends and family to Dipple.Thank u Craig for everything you done to keep my heating and air running.I greatly appreciate it!I will be asking for Craig again in the future. more

Had a stopped up toliet and shower 3/5/2015

I called dipple out to fix mt toliet and shower.They were fast and very productive and informing.They sent out Nathan and Cody to my house and the guys were Awesome! My kids even stood around and watched them to see what they was doing.My kids was in aweeee cool mode watching these guys work.I greatly appreciate Dipple sending out these guys to fix my toliet and my shower clogs.I will refer them to all my friends and family. more

great job 2/22/2015

I called Dipple Plumbing, Heating and Air on an icy day when I had problems with my heat. They had Ryan out as quick as possible. He checked on everything and told me I needed a new unit. They had it installed the same day. The whole team was respectful of my home and me. I would recommend them to everyone, I will certainly use them again! more

Fantastic! 2/20/2015

I went to Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air when I needed a toilet replaced and the experience was great! I called because it wasn't flushing and they came right away and, ultimately, it was decided that it would be replaced. The worker was very prompt, arriving when he said he would, and was knowledgeable and respectful of my home. He took his time in the installation of the new toilet and laid out his exact plan of what he was going to do. He worked so well, that I then decided I wanted another toilet of mine replaced and the next day, he came back out to the house, and replaced that one, installing the second toilet just as efficiently as the first. I really liked how he cleaned up after himself and checked over his work. I will say that the prices are a little high, but the quality of the work makes it worth it. I will definitely be using Dipple again and will recommend them if anyone asks about a plumber. more

I am very satisfied with Dipple. 2/19/2015

Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air came out very quickly when we had problems with our heating and cooling unit. The staff was very knowledgeable and able to identify a problem. It was a pretty dangerous situation because there were a lot elements such as rust and carbon monoxide. The staff gave options for different ways diagnosis and their prices for the units. We decided to get a new unit all together. Soon after that they came back and installed it, which didn't take long at all. more

Caring, professional, thorough and efficient. 1/20/2015

Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air came out to our house on New Year's eve. I did not know they were willing to come out on a holiday, but they did, and did a very knowledgeable assessment on our plumbing problem. Prior to the work we had some questions and they worked with us. They prepared us to what was expected and came back the day after, January 2nd. The problem with our pipe was the one-way bowl pipe had collapsed and he put a two-way bowl and fixed it properly. He had to dig in to do the work, on a very miserable day during the holidays. They showed us the exact problem and they left it back as they found it, as if nothing had happened. more

Enjoyable and a Huge Relief! 1/16/2015

Since moving into my new home 8 years ago, I have had about six different plumbing companies come to do repair work and by far Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating and Air have been the best. They really restored my faith in the service industry! We hired Dipple to come out and fix an interior plumbing issue in our home and it turned out to be a much bigger problem than expected. But the worker had a great attitude and showed great endurance in helping us fix the problem. He stayed on the job until he finished and now my water pressure is so good, you could clean grout simply by turning on the kitchen faucet! Overall they have a great worth ethic and run a company that is very respectable and makes me happy to be a returning customer. I highly recommend them! more

Good work ethic, but pricey! 12/17/2014

My only complaint is the price Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air charges for their services. First, they had the wrong address so I had to wait for them to come from almost 3 miles away. Second, they also charged me $49 to come to my house (this does not include the diagnosis and the repair charges). I have nothing against their work ethics; they are excellent. I had a gas tank water heater problem and it was repaired excellent. They are very personable, and the guy whom I dealt with was great! Dipple responded quickly to our call and worked all day to fix the plumbing problem. We were very impressed with the professional service and Pablo went the extra mile to ensure we were happy with the work. This is the first time we used a plumber and glad we hired a professional group. We would recommend them! more

Respectful, pleasant and professional 12/1/2014

This is the 4th time we've used Dipple. We have been so pleased every time and would definitely recommend them. This time Adam and Cody came out and did a great job repairing our toilet and answering all my questions. The original work when the house was built 11 years ago could have been better and definitely resulted in the need for work now but I feel like these guys left it better than when originally installed. A big shout out to them. I'll definitely call Dipple if we need a plumber again in the future! more

Excellent service all-around 11/11/2014

I have used Dipple Plumbing, Heating, and Air for plumbing and electrical services. They are personable and friendly, and are always able to take care of the problem, no matter what it might be. They also are kind to my dog and love my dog, and a lot of people of this field have not been as kind or understanding of my dog. I cannot speak highly enough of them. I now have a contract with them. more

Professional and courteous service 10/28/2014

This was our first experience with Dipple Plumbing and we are very happy, satisfied customers. After we discovered a water supply line leak in our front yard we searched online for a plumbing service and decided to try Dipple. They called to let me know they were on the way and arrived right on time. They also kept me updated on their progress after I had to go to work. Even though they had to dig a sizable hole in the front yard you cannot even tell. Very happy about that! All in all, as positive an experience you can have with a water leak. We highly recommend Dipple Plumbing. more

Only wanted to sell a new cooling system 10/24/2014

Wanted only to up sell me a new cooling system. Got a 2nd opinion from a competitor that said all I needed was a new mother board. Talked to Mr. Dipple the owner. He said he would refund the trip charge-he never did. The company had the nerve to call me about 6 months later to see if I still needed a new cooling system.... more

Great customer service & speedy results! 10/24/2014

I am a single mom and when my water heater broke on a Friday I was not sure what to do. My neighbor, Aaron Tellier, recommended Dipple. I called, not expecting anything to be done until Monday, and sure enough, they had me scheduled for a Saturday call. And to make it better, Saturday calls were not more expensive than a regular weekday call, unlike many places. When the technician called to say he was on the way he asked me a few questions about my water heater and even offered to run by the store and grab one and have it in the truck just in case I needed an entire replacement. He had an apprentice with him and they worked for several hours fixing what was wrong. A new water heater was not in store for me this time, thank goodness! But, when i have a problem again, I'll call Dipple! more

Great Service 10/17/2014

We had a plumbing emergerency and call Dipple and they sent someone out right away. The service tech was great and very helpful. Fix the problem right away for us. We will call Dipple again if we have any problems. And you and call them day or night. Our problem was at night and still got someone on the phone and sent out a tech. Great place I give them 5 stars more

Prompt and professional 10/14/2014

They cleaned my tankless water heater. They were prompt, they were on time, and they did the work that was asked for in a very professional manner. First time using Dipple. Would absolutely use them again! more
