They did everything wonderfully...prompt, efficient, saved me a LOT of worry and trouble and hassle, by doing the fix so I wouldn't have to get a mason to replace/repair a brick. ...

Worst

Not pleased at all with the service I received. Had two leaks before paying $600.00...still have the very same leaks.

We called Dipple because we were having low water pressure issues at our condo and they were able to come out right away. Not only were they professional, friendly, and hard-working, they were able to completely fix the problem! My fiancé and I could not be happier and are so pleased with their work. We will be using Dipple exclusively in the future and highly recommend to anyone who needs work done! Our service tech, Cody Tellier, was hard-working, thorough, and a pleasure to have in our home. He was fair and really did everything he could to save us money. I can't say enough good things about him or Dipple. He really saved the day!! Thank you Cody! more

Toilet Replacement 8/26/2016

My experience with Dipple was very positive, Scheduling an appt, was professionally handled and the service man (Cody) was courteous, knowledgeable and he installed my toilet in a timely manner. Professional and Courteous! 7/28/2016

Dipple is a professional and courteous company. We needed a new air conditioning unit and called Dipple. Each representative who came to our house was informative and welcomed any and all questions. Zach and Justin completed the installation. Even in the extreme heat, they remained friendly and professional. They ensured that the equipment was properly installed and working before they left. I would highly recommend Dipple to family and friends. more

Plumbing Repair 7/8/2016

I was having trouble with original toilets in my home. Jimmy was the technician and explained all my options and the cost of each. After making the decision to replaced 2 toilets, the work was done professionally on the same day in a very professional manner. I was pleased with the service and the job of clean-up after the installation. Thank you! more

Great customer service! 7/4/2016

I called Dipple for an A/C unit at my rental property and they responded within 24 hours. Very impressed. Craig was the technician sent out and he did a thorough and complete job. Very friendly and and great service including the person who answered the phone and set up service. more

Josh was excellent. Service was prompt, the response and diagnosis were professional, and he was extremely helpful in explaining exactly what he was doing. He never tried to sell us anything, but instead focused on fixing the problem quickly. We WILL call Dipple again in the future for our electrical needs. more

Josh Robinson was a amazing electrician for Dipple!!!! 6/22/2016

We have just gotten a house and needed 5 Tv's mounted and did not have any receptacles behind the Tv's. We started trying to find a electrician when we came across Dipples reviews which came across great. So we decided to call them, they sent out Joshua Robinson which was their electrical technician. He was everything and more, he was great with his prices, very friendly, funny and very skilled in his trade. He also signed us up for a membership with them which really is a amazing deal. We will stick with Dipple from now on and I hope everyone who needs electrical work done gets to have Josh come out cause I promise you will have a amazing experience!!!! more

Efficient Service by Patrick 6/16/2016

We have had issues with our washing machine valves cracking yearly due to high water pressure. Patrick came out, checked our water pressure, and installed a PRV to reduce the water pressure. We appreciate the quick service and are hopeful this will eliminate our yearly washing machine issue! more

light switch repair. 6/10/2016

Several lights stopped working at the same time. Called Dipple. Got a speedy response. The electrician found the problem in minutes, replaced on switch, upgraded some poor grounding and had it all fixed in less than 20 minutes. Will call again. more

The service was excellent and very timely. The service rep was awesome at explaining what needed to be done and explained how they could help us with other aspects too of our home (things needing repair). Sounds like Dipple is a business that offers "jacks of all trades." more

Quick Response...Professional Service 6/1/2016

In the past 2 months, we have experienced two emergency plumbing events. The 1st event, we called 3 plumbers and Dipple was the only one who could send someone that same day. We had never used them before but because they promised to come that day, we took the chance. The team arrived on time, professionally repaired the leak, cleaned up the work area and before they left, we had settled up and I had an email receipt for the work done. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. When we had the second event, we didn't think twice. We called Dipple...and the second experience with their team was every bit as good as the first. We highly recommend them. more

Appreciated Late night help from plumbing tech Patrick 5/24/2016

I am new to the Greenville area. I was experiencing "ghost flushing" in my toilets and wanted to get it fixed in time for hosting Mother's Day guests. Patrick (I don't recall his last name but he is new to Dipple and from the Houston area) came out and did a great job replacing old failed components to resolve the issue. However that night my guest toilet stopped flushing-a new problem totally unrelated to what Patrick had fixed. Dipple's 24 hour line connected me to Patrick at 11 pm that night and he was willing to come out but turns out the problem was minor and he talked me through how to fix it.! I was so impressed with Dipple's responsiveness and Patrick's as well. more

Total satisfaction with electrical work by Joshua Robinson 5/24/2016

Dipple was highly recommended by my neighbor. I joined the CAP program and Joshua came to do my electrical inspection and troubleshoot a cable problem as I have been so dissatisfied with the Charter technicians suggestion. The cable problem turned out to be quite complex but Robinson was very determined and professional in not only installing the cable I needed but also laying out a strategy and recommendations for future electrical improvements based on his inspections-and installing two new smoke detectors to replace my archaic unit. Excellent service. more

Excellent 5/24/2016

These guys, Patrick, Pablo ,Mauricio, Don, and Sara were really fantastic. Observing them was looking at real pros. The boss worked so hard, he was meticulous, really trained the guys, giving them info. and instructions. He was so hard working. I was very impressed with all and will continue to use Dipple. more
