They did everything wonderfully...prompt, efficient, saved me a LOT of worry and trouble and hassle, by doing the fix so I wouldn't have to get a mason to replace/repair a brick. ...

Worst

Not pleased at all with the service I received. Had two leaks before paying $600.00...still have the very same leaks.

The service tech Cody was very fast and efficient with his repair. He had suggestions that saved me money and was completed with project ahead of schedule. I would defiantly recommend his services. more

Plumbing System check 5/13/2016

Jimmy Hall returned to give my plumbing system a checkout to make sure everything was in order. He had been out the previous week to replace a garbage disposal. He was here at about the same time that Craig Gainey was here doing an HVAC check. There were a few minor things that needed repair. Dipple had just fairly recently cleaned my on-demand gas water heater and replaced a defective water pressure regulator so my plumbing system was in fairly good shape. He, too, was knowledgeable, courteous and on-time. more

Couldn't recommend more. 5/12/2016

We've always had exceptional service from Dipple. Several times in the past year we've had to call them out, and while no one likes to call a plumber, the team at Dipple made it as painless as possible. They are fast, always available to come check or service our problems, and their staff is excellent. We recently had Cody T out to service a broken pipe and he did everything possible to work with us on the price of an expensive repair. Seriously--I recommend them VERY highly. more

They came the next day that I needed them Ryan was the electrician and he was very nice I enjoyed their service I will definitely recommend them 5/11/2016

I needed my dryer hooked up my house was older so there was electrical stuff that needed to be done Ryan was very nice and polite and did a wonderful job I've had no issues since he left more

Check electrical system 5/3/2016

I scheduled an appointment to have my AC units checked and it was suggested that I also have my electrical system looked at as well. Joshua Robinson came out and installed a whole house surge protector and new smoke detectors in addition to checking out the electrical system. more

Installation of garbage disposal 5/3/2016

I called to see about getting a garbage disposal replaced thinking it would take a day or two. To my surprise, I was told someone could be out in about an hour. It was a little more than an hour but still very much faster than expected when Jimmy Hall arrived and installed a new disposal. Very fast and courteous service. more

Great experience with Graig. 4/30/2016

I had Craig, Technician, out this morning to assess my air condition situation and I was pleased with his recommendations. He was able to install needed parts on the spot and get my unit up and going. He was very thorough in his explanation and very professional. Best company to call when there is a problem 4/19/2016

We have used Dipple for a couple of projects. They have always been on time, very courteous, and always had a solution for my problems around the house. On the last service call I did they came out fixed the problem and they ended up not even charging me, which they didn't even have to do. That is 5 star service and why I continue to use them and always recommend them. more

dipple to the rescue 4/14/2016

Title says it all. Charter had a mishap installing and underground line which cut into my sewer line and had sewer water coming up my bathtub and almost everywhere else. Dipple came through very quick and straight to the point. Everything was fixed quickly and working smoothly. :-) thank you dipple! more
