Called Dipple Plumbing and spoke to reception who had a technician call me back with in an hour. The Technician listened to concerns and came out for a visit. Since we had a couple of leaks he tested the water pressure to make sure it was in proper range. We made arrangements for Cody to return the next day. Cody replace the tub fixtures and looked at a suspected leak in the drain coupling very near to the concrete. ( He tok pictures and will let us know what the thought of fixing it is) The spiket outside was also replaced. No more leaks! Cody was very professional and personable. Thanks for such a quick response. I am here visitng my parents home and noticed the issues. Thanks for giving me peace of mind that they don't have to worry about future issues. more

Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air is a superior company. They are courteous people and they do what they say they will do. They do what you want them to do. They don't hang around the house talking about things without doing them, they just come, they do the service and then they leave. The prices were in the ball park, not out of bounce in anyway and I would recommend them in every aspect. We'll be glad to talk about them with anybody that wants to know more about them. more

The wires were shorting out in the walls and Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air rewired a couple rooms in the old house for me, and I am very happy with that. The electrician who came out was polite and efficient. I would use them again. more

Starting on 1-25, I was having toilet issues.. From Cody, Pablo to Adam& others that helped, my experience could not have been better. They didn't just patch things up, they totally made it RIGHT!!! Just moved to the area a month ago, went away for the weekend came home and had no heat. Checked Angie's list came across Dipple Plumbing Inc had great reviews so I gave them a call Craig Gainey from Dipple was at my house with in an hour of my call. Craig looked at my furnace explained and showed me the problem then went over all my options and cost. The cost of the repair was reasonable and after I agreed on the repair and price Craig went to work to fix my furnace, he cleaned up showed me the bad parts he was a complete professional. My. Wife and I were in the middle of a remodel of an older home in Piedmont, SC. We were in a bind because our remodeling contractor had foresakwn us and put ion a time jam, severely behind schedule. We were in desperate need of electrical work. I noticed the Dipple truck as I was leaving the Home Depot on Pleasantburg drive. I called and spoke with Theresa who assure me that someone would contact me and come to my property to see what I needed the same day. Theresa was true to her word and a gentleman named Joshua showed up and took the the time to listen to me wants and explain what I needed to have done. Best of all he furnished me an immediate itemized quote from his trusted mobile device and assured me that he could do the work the next day. I later contacted Dipple and contracted with them to do the work. By 10 am the next day Joshua and his coworker Louis arrived and immediately went to work They were both professional, engaging and informative. I would like to commend them both on their decorum, their level of knowledge, their diligence in getting the work done in one visit and the efficiency by which they completed the work. Kudos to them both and to Dipple Piumbing for having such quality employees as Joahua and Louis who are wonderful ambassadors for the company. They sent a technician, the same day, by the name of Cameron Garland who immediately diagnosed the problem and gave me a choice of recommendations that would fit my budget. Not unexpectedly, our 21-year-old Heat Pump system finally gave us enough repeat problems to justify its replacement. Because quality visits by Dipple technicians to isolate our multiple problems, I chose them to do the work. Ross King spend a couple of hours with us determining the best system to serve our needs and alleviate our concerns and worked diligently to insure we had the best price available. Vince Harell and Luis Medina were the technicians who accompished the complete 2.5 ton heat pump system in one day. The work was quality all the way and the technicians were outstanding in all aspects including total respect of our home while pulling out and replacing the half of the system that was in the attic. I would recommend this company and its people to anyone needing good service across the board. more
