I have dealt with 100's of vendors over the years with mixed opinions and results, but must admit my overall experience and satisfaction with Dipple Plumbing/HVAC was outstanding. We had a steam humidification system installed on our furnace. Operations manager Bill Wampler and his crew were a pleasure to deal with. Punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and completely trust worthy. Even a follow up visit to correct a minor installation problem was handled within 6 hours of my call to Bill. Highly recommend only if you are looking for total customer satisfaction.
