They did everything wonderfully...prompt, efficient, saved me a LOT of worry and trouble and hassle, by doing the fix so I wouldn't have to get a mason to replace/repair a brick. ...

Worst

Not pleased at all with the service I received. Had two leaks before paying $600.00...still have the very same leaks.

Great job! 4/8/2016

I had Dipple install 2 cable outlets since Charter will not fish wires in the walls. Josh Robinson arrived, provided the estimate and returned when scheduled (called to come out early both times. He ran into an unexpected issue due to a problem with how the house was built but came up with a solution. He worked professionally and went above and beyond, even hooking up the two new outlets to the existing cable. Will definitely use them again! more

Outside faucet work 4/6/2016

Very quick response time from my initial call. The team accessed my issue with in a few minutes and then instantly offered to assist with any other issues that I may have. Very impressed with the knowledge, professionalism and response time. Will keep these guys on speed dial for sure. Also reasonable price for service all. more

Was very happy with Joshua Service Technician who proveded excellent customer service and informative providing excellent repair service 4/1/2016

Joshua came to my home as scheduled with inquires on my repairs. Joshua was friendly and polite. Service quote was done with Joshua making required repairs. Joshua was also helpful in getting Dipple plumbing representative to come out for plumbing issues. Would highly recommend Joshua and Dipple Plumbing for their quality service. more

Leaking faucets 3/31/2016

We called Dipple Plumbing yesterday afternoon, and "Cody", our Tech, showed up promptly at 9:00 a.m. this morning as was indicated to us at the time of our phone call. "Cody" enlisted the help of several other techs due to the fact that there were 3 separate projects that needed attention. They replaced our antiquated kitchen faucet with a beautiful, new Kohler faucet, ran new pipes for two outside water faucets and new lines for our washer. "Cody" & "Jimmy" (and 2 other techs) did an OUTSTANDING job for us! We highly recommend Dipple Plumbing...their techs are professional, respectful, efficient and informative. Moreover...how many plumbing services actually take the time to clean up after themselves? As a customer, this means a lot! THANK YOU so much for this truly EXCELLENT Customer Service!!! more

Electrical Service/ Joshua Robinson 3/31/2016

It has been a great experience working with Josh and Dipple. Josh was on time for the appointment as well as very professional and courteous (even being friendly with my dogs). He was able to fix a lighting issue that had stumped others in a very efficient amount of time. Very glad I called Dipple and will definitely be using them in the future. more

Quick and Professional 3/26/2016

Had a leaky joint in the basement that needed fixing plus an issue with the water heater. Cody was able to come quickly and assess the problem and give an estimate. The work was a bit involved so we scheduled to complete it the next day. He finished right when he said he would and did an excellent job. more

Joshua treated us very nicely . He was very thorough. He was just about done and thought maybe my Husband was bare foot when he had a shock from an electrical source, so he tried it bare foot and had to go over more things because he was shocked too. If/ when we have more electrical needs, we will ask for Joshua specifically . more

Great job on water heater install 3/17/2016

Adam Pool and his assistant( cant remember his name)arrived right on schedule and replaced our 11 year old hot water heater. They did a great job carrying the heater down some very steep basement stairs. They even had to remove a door to get the thing in. All plumbing and electrical connections were made in a professional manner. These guys answered all of my questions and left the job site clean and neat. Even though the price was not cheap I think this really was a case of you get what you pay for. If you want the job done right the first time with no headaches or unexpected cost overruns Dipple is the company to use. Thanks for the GREAT JOB. more

Will was polite, articulated on the entire process. I just switched from Carolina Heating as the NEW thermostat ($328) I purchased was not even installed correctly. The ducting was not in place upstairs…hands down the better choice. more

Excellent Service!!! 3/11/2016

Provided Excellent Service. Called with an electrical issue and had a technician Joshua come the same day within 2 hours of me calling to schedule. Staff was very friendly and professional and walked me through each step and explained stuff along the way! This was the first time I used Dipple but it wont be the last. Highly recommend!! more

A true 5-Star experience 3/10/2016

The people from Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air were great to me. I was having an issue and I called these guys and they came promptly which was very nice. The guys were very professional and after examining the problem explained to me in detail all the work that was going to be necessary to rectify my problem. I gave them the green light and they worked very quickly and efficiently and were done solving a problem that I thought would take multiple visits within a single day. I am very happy with their work and would definitely recommend them to anyone with some plumbing issues! more

Dipple Plumbing delivers great service in our community 3/7/2016

We had a shower that was constantly dripping and needed repair. Cody came out and spent the entire day, as the plumbing in this - almost 60 year old - home requires extra care. He took the time to explain what he was encountering along the way, and conferred with his colleagues when he encountered something unusual. Cody came early, stayed late, and cleaned up the bathroom before leaving. We're very lucky to have Dipple in our community. Thanks. more

major leak requiring replacement of shut valve 3/5/2016
