I've been going to Custom Fitness Concepts since June 1. I do the group fitness boot camp, which is a group class of about 15 people or so. It's a one hour class, and the instructor guides the class through a series of exercises which are different every time. They help you gain muscle tone, burn calories, and achieve things you haven't done before.
Since June, I've lost about 30 pounds. It's been a dramatic transformation. I've been in and out of gyms for a long time, but this program works better for me, because the instructor tells you what to do. With this program, all you need to do is get yourself there. They take care of all the rest. They know how to make you work hard for a solid hour, and the benefits are just tremendous. It's a dynamic, transformational, life-changing experience because everything you get out of it affects your life. Everything you can think of is affected, and really, it's a great tribute to the program.
I tell Tom this all the time: I'm 41 years old, and in my youth I was very fit, and I had the opportunity to work out with many professional sports trainers, and Tom and his staff is actually more impressive. Tom has a fantastic background in fitness and in the military and he knows his stuff. Every single exercise, he knows what it's supposed to do and what it's supposed to look like and how it will benefit you.
