Custom Fitness Concepts has been great. We have a trainer, Dusty, who comes twice week, and she works really hard. I have lost 35 pounds from the combinations of doing Custom Fitness Concepts and working with a nutritionist. My clothes fit a lot better, and I am down two, almost two and a half, sizes. The weight lose is definitely a combination of both the exercises and changing my eating habits.
We have a small group trainer; we have a trainer specific to us. There are 6 of us in our group at work, and Dusty adjusts our exercise based on our needs and level of fitness. The group has a wide variety in terms of level, and our trainer will give exercise that everyone can do. She adjusts them so that everyone gets the maximum benefit.
Also, because we are a small group we get individual attention. In larger classes instructors might have a harder time knowing what is going on with everyone, but Dusty can see and adjust everyone in our group easily.
