Review content:
I have been using Custom Fitness Concepts for several years now. They used to come to our corporate location, but we didn't have enough people. Tom established a site close to where we worked, and we became regular customers at that point. It worked out pretty well.
In the meantime, I changed job locations. He has so many good locations, I was just able to go to a different, much closer, and more convenient site for my new commuting schedule. I like that you can go to any site that makes sense for you on a given day.
I get a great workout every morning. If I do it in the morning I'm done; I don't have to think about it again, and I only have to take one shower. If I try to do things on my own, I only do what I am comfortable doing. Though sometimes I might have to stop in the middle, I am bound to do more with a bunch of people than I would by myself.
They also do a lot of partnering, so another person is depending on you to keep going in order to continue their exercises. That keeps me moving. The whole group thing is good for me, because I am not motivated enough to do it on my own. Now it has become an ingrained habit. I can't even consider getting up and not doing it, because now it is what I do.
