Review content:
I first started going to Custom Fitness Concepts at the end of April. I originally purchased a month through a groupon to try it out. I had been to other boot camps before, so I was familiar with the process. I really enjoyed myself and have been doing it ever since. The trainer, Reggie, does a great job. He is good at keeping us focused by mixing it up so that it is not boring. He also pushes everyone while still recognizing our limitations. It has been a great experience. I have been trying to get friends to do it with me and check it out. Custom Fitness Concepts is definitely worth a shot. They give a free trial class so that you can try it. Especially if you think that you work out well in a group as opposed to on your own, I don't see a better way to get in shape.
