This is a great alternative to a boring gym routine. I joined because I get bored in the gym really easily and then it kills my motivation to work out. Tom, the owner, was my instructor for my first class and he was great!!! The routine was challenging. He really made sure everyone had the correct form, so we wouldn't injure ourselves and gave those who did have injuries an alternative move, if they could not do the one given. I had ACL surgery and have bad knees on both knees and once he corrected my form my knees felt better. He makes class fun with his crazy cadence calls and motivates you to get those last 2 or 3 in. I love this class. Definitely the cure for a boring workout routine as well as shredding some extra pounds!!!
