I decided to try Custom Fitness Concepts because I found that I was not pushing myself hard enough in the gym. I also wanted a complete, full-body workout, something more intense than just running or weight lifting. As former military, I am very intrigued by the idea of boot camp itself, and knew that the trainers with Custom Fitness Concepts would push me farther than I would on my own.
It has been 4 months now since I started training with Custom Fitness Concepts. Because it is an hour-long workout every day and we work as hard as we can, I noticed results right away, including weight loss and increase in strength and tone. One day, we work arms and chest, and the next day, we do cardio, so it is more complete than what I was doing by myself. There is no question that I am being challenged.
Initially, I was fearful of having to push myself, especially because I joined in the dead of winter and it has been freezing every day. However, I got over that fear quickly and have enjoyed every second of my training. It is all-around the best workout I have ever experienced.
