I been working out with Custom Fitness Concepts on and off for about 4 years. The off times have been because of my crazy schedule as opposed to anything else. I think in terms of proving a personal training experience in a group environment, there is nothing better out there. At all.
I have tried many other programs, and I find Tom and Custom Fitness Concepts to be the best. I struggle to believe there is anything out there that compares. Tom is challenging yet understanding. He consistently pushes you and pushes you to improve, do better, and basically get fitter, which is what it's all about. So, overall I am very happy. I have recommended them and I will continue to recommend them.
