I love Custom Fitness Concepts; I absolutely love it. It really gives me the motivation I need. I have been going for about two and a half year. To me, it is fun because it is different all the time. There are different activities during different times of the year, like summer fun activities.
I continually get sore with this program, which means they change it up enough to make me sore. I do like that variety. In the beginning I tried out different locations and instructors, but now I have been at the same one constantly.
Stick with it. At the beginning it is overwhelmingly hard but you have to take it at your own level. I know a lot of people get really excited and think they can do it five times a week, but it is important to go at your own level. Stick with it because it is worth it.
