I was just looking for something different. I had a gym membership for a long time, and I wasn't going, so I wanted more of a personal trainer. I found Tom at Custom Fitness Concepts.
I've been doing the fitness boot camp at 5:30 p.m. It's really good, when I go. It's not the same everyday. You don't know what you're expecting from day-to-day, so it keeps you motivated. It's certainly challenging. I wouldn't be doing those exercises on my own. I'd probably just give up.
It's a great workout because it's in a group setting, but at the same time you get individual attention from Tom. I think he's a great trainer. He pushes you, but not to the point that you don't want to come back. I feel like I've gotten stronger, and I've lost weight in the process.
I would recommend it to anybody. I definitely enjoy it. It can be a little pricey but I think the rewards outweigh it. I've definitely seen way more results than I've ever seen at the gym, and I've been going to the gym for years.
