I purchased a living social deal to try out this company as I have used many. Thought I'd give them a chance. First I will say u have to do almost everything on-line, speaking to a live person is very difficult.
I never received a call not an email saying when they would be here and I said you have to schedule on-line, a first, second then third choice so had no clue what appointment time I actually had.
After 4 attempts at calling the local number I finally was able to speak with someone and was informed of the time they would be arriving. This is an issue I had with this company. There schedule are important to them however, I feel they place very little interest in the schedule of this that are supporting there company. It is my opinion that they as a company need to notify there customers at least a week in advance of appointment time to ensure there is not a scheduling conflict.
Now to the work they preformed. The carpets looked great! ItThe carpet was not nearly as wet as with other companies I have used and as true to their word the carpets where dry within 2 hours. While dusting the morning of the appointment I noticed our cat had peed on one of my white chairs. They too cleaned that chair and the matching chair in my formal living room and they look amazing. I have had other companies clean those chairs and they have never turned out as nice.
Darryl and Mario where the gentlemen that was on our job, They were very friendly and professional and did a great job. My husband asked Darryl about cleaning our cream couch as well and he was very honest and knowledgeable about the fabric of the couch and expressed that it should not be cleaned using the method in which they clean furniture. Many other companies have just cleaned it and once the cushion was turned over he told us why it should be cleaned in a different manner as there were many brown spots on the fabric which other companies did not even mention to me. I would have never know they were there had my husband hadn't asked if it could be cleaned. Darryl also told us who to call that could clean it properly and hopefully remove all this spots. I appreciated is HONESTY! As far as recommending them, I would tell others there quality of work is excellent however customer service is lacking in an extreme manner. It is of my opinion that they should contact clients at least a week(as they have you give there options) before of the date of the cleaning and then at least 2 days before with the appointment time.
