Carpet 11/29/2012

I was impressed, but our one room still smells of pet urine. I know it probably soaked into the padding but previous homeowners obviously did not clean it. We probably need to get the carpet replaced, its still pretty bad. Thanks more

Late arrival but good results 11/28/2012

My window of when the company rep would arrive was from 9-10am. The rep arrived at 10:40am. It was stressful but luckily it didnt take very long to clean the two rooms and a hallway. So far, the results seem good but one big stain didnt go away. Thank you RESPONSE FROM Crystal Crystal Carpet Care: Thank you so much for your comments Ms. Dania. Apologies for any inconvenience or discomfort we may have cause. Perhaps we should include an estimated service time so you know how long the service will take, once the tech arrives. However, on occasion we have to extend the 1 hour window for weather, traffic, computer issues, and life happens stuff. Yet, we are about 92-95 on-time within that one hour window. We do push to make it happen. The window is set for your advantage because we know know one likes the carpet cleaning industry standard 4 hour, morning or afternoon ONLY appointment window. Please know we do work to keep it tight. more

The service was very quick and they actually came a little early, which was nice. Carpet looks great. The only bad thing is I left money with my mom (who was at the house) for a tip, but then they told her there was a last minute charge for gas, so the guy didn't get a tip. Need to tell the customer up front about such charges. RESPONSE FROM Crystal Crystal Carpet Care: Thank you Ms. Jennifer for your comments. Yes we try very hard to provide excellent service. So wonderful to service you and your mom in your home. Your kind words mean so much. We'll pass them on to the technician. And we most apologize. It seems with all the pre-service emails sent, you may have missed the attachment that shows all charges, including sales taxes and the small fuel charge (currently $1.70). The attachment, which is the official financial estimate, is sent to all customers automatically with each appointment confirmation. There is text at the very top of the email, bold and in red, that advises customers to open the attached service estimate. The online order confirmation also contains text that advises of the fact that sales taxes and a small fuel charge is added to the online price. There are a few customers who are so happy (and so busy) to get their confirmation email with their service date and time that they read the email (and the email appointment reminder that comes the day before the service) that they miss or forget to open the attachment. What a run-on sentence. This may have happened here. Anyway, we are so happy for the opportunity. Thank you again. Decent service 11/19/2012

The cleaning was quick and professional but I wasn't overly impressed with the actual cleaning of the carpets. They are definitely cleaner but not what I was expecting given the "excitement level" of the instructional video presented to me prior to cleaning. more

Carpets seem so much cleaner that with a traditional "soak the carpet" approach - dried quickly! Very professional - made sure we were pleased with the way it looked before he left - stairs were particularly stained - made sure they were perfect before he left! more

As satisfied as I can be without the carpets being dry yet. 11/15/2012

... but not a huge difference in the smell of the room. we did have pet stains, but with other companies, they have been able to rid the carpet of all odors. Thank you for your service. more
