After seeing pictures and an ad for the Closet Factory, my wife made an appointment for me to look into building a man cave in our garage. I had a hard time to finding a nice modern style vanity in my bathroom since it was very long and narrow. Shopping in stores and online offered only standard double sink vanities for my situation which were very common and plain. It was my first experience with The Closet Factory where I met Lori Kasten. She visited my house. With her vision and knowledge she offered me designs with which I fell in love. She not only created good designs; she also walked me through the entire process, making sure all the little details matched my requirements. Having someone, who understands your needs and provide you with a quality product (which is so rare lately), made me place an additional order for my closet. Both orders are finished and I used them for a year. Every time I wash my hands, Lori, I remember how much time you spent with me and your concern that was done properly and on time. When my friends visit me, they all say that this is a high end job. I also want to say good words for the customer service people. They are very pleasant and take good care of you. Installments were done on time and the guys knew their job very well. It has been such a high quality job that I like so much, that today I placed an additional order for an entertainment center and another closet. When Shellie Miller came to our home to assess our closet and laundry room, I was expecting a boring person with a measuring tape and a ""salesy"" pitch. NOT TRUE!! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed her visit! There was just the right amount of professionalism, humor and a really nice lady. When I began thinking about getting my closet redone, I was focused on all the features that could be included. I never once thought about the cost, although that was an important detail to me and my bank account! When I met with Shellie Miller who was referred by a friend, she helped me see things in a more pragmatic way. She showed me how some of my ideas were very expensive but how those needs could still be met, look fantastic, and save hundreds of dollars. Just like our first garage floor Mark's guys did a fantastic job on our larger garage floor. The Closet Factory crew was awesome. Jerry and his men were so professional during the entire process. The floor looks so much better than any of the ones we were pitched by other companies and better than a few that our neighbors had done. We're so happy with the work. The closets and entertainment center we purchased from The Closet Factory are THE BEST! I found their advertisement in a home book and called because of the coupon. Shellie Miller came to see what we needed done in the middle of our home being a horrible mess. Dirt everywhere and all kinds of construction and she was unfazed doing her measurements and listening to our ideas and desires for our renovations. We've been through the ringer with some of our other projects, but she made me feel so at ease through the entire process and when my husband had a question Shellie was always quick with the answer. I highly recommend this company. Definitely ask for Shellie because she made the experience nicer than we both expected! more
