After researching online and listening to several estimates we decided on The Closet Factory due to the professionalism of designer Shellie Miller. She answered all of our questions with ease and we immediately felt confident in her and her company's ability to complete the job. We went from a very dated and poor functioning bedroom storage/cabinet wall to a modernized space with a more open feel. Shellie brought our vision to life! We look forward to working with The Closet Factory and Shellie in the future. more

Shellie Miller was an enormous blessing to my husband and I for helping us visualize the best use of storage space in our home. Our designer Amy Mendez was very patient with me through all of the changes that I wanted. She was very professional and guided us through it all. The installer was extremely professional. She designed me a laundry room/closet and it definitely exceeded my expectations. It's so nice to have everything organized and in one place. ""Another amazing garage floor by Mark!""\r My wife and I had been wanting to do something about our garage floor but everyone we spoke to offered epoxy which we knew from our own internet research (and seeing neighbor floors) was not going to work. Epoxy peels and stains and has to be done over and over. We wanted a permanent solution. Mark from Motor Trend by Closet Factory was the only one who offered a REAL polyurea floor. My master bedroom closets had the standard wire racks and I had it packed to full capacity. One of the closet racks got so heavy it collapsed so I decided it was time to get a custom closet. I mostly wanted it to help organize my things and of course fit all that I have. I had a company come out to quote me. The women was very nice but when I asked questions like will all my stuff fit, she said ???I think so???! I lost confidence in her. I saw an ad for The Closet Factory and decided to call. I received a call back and they scheduled an appointment with Lori Kasten. When Lori came to my home I knew fifteen minutes later I was going to place my order with her. After telling me her background with years of experience and the company???s history she showed me tons of pictures of her work. She had so many images on her iPad. It also showed all the different options with the little details and accessories available. I wasn???t aware that besides closets they also did custom garages, entertainment centers and more. The thing that really made me feel most confident with Lori was that she counted every pair of shoes I own. She even counted all my clothes and measures the lengths of my shirts, pants and dresses! She is a professional at what she does and she???s also very nice and friendly. I sat with her for over three hours and it felt like I was sitting with a friend. My closets turned out beautiful and I love them. THANK YOU LORI! more

I don't give any company or person 5 stars because there is always room for improvement BUT Shellie Miller's service was quick, she was knowledgeable, and the price was consistent with the market. Because of their quality and commitment to schedule, I would recommend the Closet Factory and Shellie Miller to anyone. more

From the beginning my designer Amy Mendez at Closet Factory was absolutely amazing. She turned my ""awkward"" very difficult closet layout into a functioning updated amazing space. She was with me step by step designing down to every inch. Even when we had a small bump in the install, they were on top of correcting it right away.
