My Wife and I would like to thank Mark Sidell and the Entire Team at ""The Closet Factory"" for making my garage totally awesome! From Concept and Design, to Finish, they were total Professionals. We appreciated the ""no pressure "" feeling, during the Sales and Design Phase and Mark is clearly the best in the Biz. The Installers showed up exactly when they said they would and even Finished ahead of schedule. The Finished Results Exceeded our Expectations. Our ""regular garage"" is now the Ultimate Man Cave, that also serves as a functional garage, without missing a beat. My wife & I just completed an addition in our home that extended the kitchen & added an extra room. We were thinking of making that extra room into an office, but had no idea how, or what kind of shelves to get, or table etc. We started looking around on the web to get ideas, & we would find something for one side of the wall, but not the other; it just didn't match, and vice versa. My wife & I then decided ""maybe we should get an interior designer."" We looked at 3 different companies, but they couldn't provided us with a picture of what it would look like, like a virtual picture or video of some sort. We just didn't feel comfortable going with someone with really understanding fully of how it would look like. \r \r That's when we ran into Amy & her company Closet Factory. She was not only extremely professional, but she gave us so many great ideas. She was able to look at how our entire house is decorated so it can flow perfectly, whether if we liked a more traditional style, or modern style, etc. She had it ALL!! \r \r Amy even went above & beyond to give us other ideas around the house. She showed us exactly what our office would look like as a virtual picture, and put up some props to make it look live. It was exactly how we pictured it. Putting in the custom fit shelves took 1 whole day, ordering the materials took about 2-3 weeks. Highly recommended, willing to work with you, not one of those sales people that just tries to sell you things you don't need, it was no pressure at all, she has great taste. A little bit pricey, but you can tell the materials are top notch, and will last a long time. \r \r Great to work with, I know when we're ready to do our closets, we're calling her. more

The transformation of our small, unused guest room was outstanding! We worked with Closet Factory designer Shellie Miller who came and measured the room and then we met at her beautiful showroom where she showed us several designs that she had come up with. My husband and I picked the one we liked most and then the team came out and put in a murphy bed, shelves and doors to enclose our water heater all in one day. Everyone was very professional with everything done on budget and on time. It was really a great experience! more

I did a big closet thru Closet Factory and Shelliy Miller and they were wonderful people will go back and redo my laundry room. I ordered thermafoil cabinets because they had beautiful doors and beautiful colors. I loved them only one door was damage but it was replaced right away. Love it it so pretty. will buy cabinets to match for my guest closet. more

Amy Mendez, the designer really helped me maximized every bit of the space; the closet looks amazing. She worked with us to finish the project within budget and speedy time! Held my hand in every step of the way; the installation was done within a few hours and with such professionalism! The nicest closet in my house was designed by Shellie Miller, who was THE BEST at customer service and always on time. I bought this closet system to keep my clothes a bit more orderly. I like how it doesn't look like it's made out of fiberboard, but it is. I have not had any issues with the material it is made out of, and the lifetime warranty gives me peace of mind. I bought the brushed nickel hardware, so everything looks even nicer. I also like that there are shelves I can adjust. I will recommend Shellie and the Closet Factory to anyone I know without any problem. more

We our truly enjoying our new Home Office we just got installed by Closet Factory. Amy Mendez designed our beautiful peninsula desk for my husband and I. I was thinking of a side by side desk, but she suggested another option and I'm so glad she did! It worked out so much better in space we had plus gives us our own private work areas. I worked with Shellie Miller who was professional, efficient and respectful of my time. I was surprised at the reasonable cost, since I thought The Closet Factory would be on the pricey end.
