My brother and I considered several vendors for coating 2 garage floors attached to the 8-figure home we were selling and we were told lots of stories. The company we trusted to do this really important job was Closet Factory / Motor Trend Garage and Mark Sidell. By the time the work was done there was no question that we selected the right people. Their Crew Chief Jerry and his guys really knew their stuff. When we saw the final result we were very satisfied with the work. Dealing with Mark was great as well. Our experience withthe Closet Factory was so pleasant, nicer than any other contractor we've used durign our exensive renovation Shellie Miller was a dream to work with! My partner and I were most impressed that Shellie took on a Managerial roll and saw that every detail was perfect. Five stars for this company Ask for Shellie! She's the best! more

We searched for a while to have someone come and do our custom built in book shelf, mud area and home office. When we met Amy Mendez we knew she has all the qualifications to tackle our job! We are so pleased with the outcome and even happier to have worked with such a caring, talented designer who actually listened to our needs and wants and blew our expectations out of the water! I would recommend Amy with no hesitation to anyone who needs an amazing designer, a great quality product HANDS DOWN! more

After purchasing a renovated condo recently and moving in, I realized the closet situation was neither functional nor enough. Amy from Closet Factory met with me in my new home, measured the spaces and then asked very specific questions to find out what I would be storing, how many, and wish lists. She created a functional yet beautiful walk in closet to hold all my tops, pants, skirts, and long dresses. She created shelves to store linens and towels, more shelves to store shoes and even designed frame around the stacked washer/dryer to make it look like the rest of the closet and put in a hamper and a valet. She also designed in my guest room long hanging for my winter coats, cubbie holes for my handbags, more shelves for linens, office supplies and even a space to roll in my luggage. She was professional, knowledgeable about space, design and quickly designed the closets to hold everything we discussed; and showed it to me before it would be installed. I absolutely love what she designed and highly recommend her as she really listened to my wants, needs based on items and came up with two very functional closets that look divine! more

Amy was very responsive and attentive to our needs, desires, and budget. She was very accommodating in meeting our expedited time request to have our installation ready before a family reunion at the house. She was unflappable at some last-minute alterations, and made sure our post-installation adjustments were done on a timely basis. We highly recommend her. more

Shelly Miller and The Closet Factory did a fabulous job on our closet, pantry, entertainment center and office projects. Shelly's expertise and attention to detail are what sold us on doing business with her before we saw the company's amazing factory and the fantastic range of projects that they are experienced with. When the installations began, they were timely, professional and conscientious about the quality of work being performed. They often went above and beyond to make sure the work was done properly. I had water damage to my ceiling and closet below. I called The Closet Factory and they send Shellie Miller to give me a quote. She was on time, very professional and gave thorough assessment of the work to be done and the cost. I look forward to getting everything together as soon as possible. Hands down, the best experience I have ever experienced with doing anything custom in my home. I was referred to Amy Mendez By my co worker who raved about her. I needed some built ins done, so i decided to give her and Closet Factory a shot. Once we met her, we knew she was the one we wanted to do business with. From her personality , to her knowledge and her confidence on getting the job done correctly we knew we found the right person.
