When I began thinking about getting my closet redone, I was focused on all the features that could be included. I never once thought about the cost, although that was an important detail to me and my bank account! When I met with Shellie Miller who was referred by a friend, she helped me see things in a more pragmatic way. She showed me how some of my ideas were very expensive but how those needs could still be met, look fantastic, and save hundreds of dollars. I really appreciated the time she took to design and discuss each detail. She treated me with kid gloves and is a true professional. The Closet Factory is fortunate to have her representing them!
