We hired Amy Mendez at Closet Factory to design our new Master Closet. We have a lot of clothes, shoes and accessories and knew we needed a professional to inventory our items and design a closet that met our needs while displaying everything in a beautiful and functional way. Amy did just that! No ordinary cookie cutter closet would do. Our closet is amazing and a showpiece of our home. She made the process simple and pain free. We couldn't be happier! more

This the second project we've had Mark Sidell work on for us. I love my master closet, it really looks great, feels great and is quite comfortable. Mark does such nice work designing the things he does for us and makes it really easy to understand what makes sense. We looked at other companies but no one impressed like Mark. He told us how other companies use lesser materials and much cheaper build quality so when we visited other showrooms we were able to see the differences. We were pretty desperate to find a solution to poorly made and installed closet systems, especially those in our kids??? rooms. The last straw was three shelves simultaneously sliding out into my 4 yr old???s arms. I???ve contacted several closet makeover companies to get ideas for something considerably more durable and functional. While they all provide the same service, the quality of product and customer experience are certainly not the same. I was completely blown away when Brady Frost came in to do his design consult. Brady was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and did not lack ability to come up with creative solutions to maximize functionality in smaller spaces. Brady also has a wonderful disposition, making our several hour appointment fly by like a breeze! What I also loved, was Brady???s ability to listen, rather than predominantly pitch his company???s objectives, which is so common in the field. I cannot recommend him enough! more

We just needed a small pantry and hall closet built. When I called the Closet Factory, a pleasant, professional young lady Shellie Miller came and took measurements and asked about our needs. The installer, Scott, arrived exactly the time they said he would. He took his time, and the work was very good and neat. Very professional & highly recommend. My Closet Factory designer is Brady Frost. He really listened to what I needed and adjusted my design until it was exactly what I asked for. He made sure I got the style, design and functionality that I needed. He consistently checked with me to make sure everything was being installed as per scheduled. My closet turned out beautiful, has so much room and style, and is one of my favorite rooms in our home. more

We met Mark Sidell at Closet Factory after talking to a few other companies. About 10 minutes into our tour of the showroom and factory we looked at each other and knew we found the right people to do the work in our new home. We needed a lot done not just closets. We told Mark that they should change the name to Not Just Closets because we never knew that they did all the things they do. After seeing first hand the quality of what they build and how they build it we asked Mark to build my home office, put storage cabinets in our garage along with coating the floor, build our entertainment center, laundry room, and linen closets. We spent lots of time with Mark working on the details of each design. Not only did each oone turn out just beautiful, Mark worked some magic and made the entire deal very affordable. After spending a ton of money building our home and all the costs of upgrades and then moving, it was really great getting a bit of a break. So knowledgeable and fun to work with. Mark was so much fun to work with and he really knows his stuff. I wanted to do my garage and had visited lots of places to see what they had but Closet Factory was clearly the top company. Several promised lifetime guarantees but I didn't get the feeling that they would be able to back that up. And since many hungs the cabinets on the wall and offered epoxy type floor coating I knew I needed a better option. When I met Mark he made sure I understood all the options in the market place and why Closet Factory was selected by Motor Trend and COSTCO to be their partner. I told Mark I really loved color and he was very helpful in finding just the right floor and cabinet combination and he made sure the price was affordable. The design process was seamless. Mark Sidell walked us through every step of the way. He did an awesome job and made sure to recommend a beautiful polyurea floor that worked perfect as a compromise for my husband and I since we each choose a different floor color.\r \r The installation was exactly what Mark promised...perfect. The Closet Factory Team is actually the Motor Trend Team as well and they did a great job on the cabinets and the floor. Everything looks ten times better than anything else we had seen. The floor step where the water heater sits was done which was a big surprise for us, since we were not expecting that part to be done.\r \r We decided to work with Closet Factory/Motor Trend because they were ranked extremely high with the better business bureau, which was a big plus since we have had other issues with another company for a different project. Also, our designer Mark made sure we were comfortable with every step and answered any questions we had.
