Our designer Amy Mendez came highly recommended to us from a good friend of ours who used her. She raved about her so we had high expectations when meeting her. I will say she did not disappoint !! She came in and was so professional and guided us in the right direction with what would work best for our closet spaces. From the beginning to the end she stayed in contact with us and even came to check everything out once it was finished. The customer service she provides is superb! Highly recommend Amy Mendez and her team over at the Closet Factory. If you have high expectations, she will fulfill them! Thank you! more

Working with Amy Mendez was truly a pleasure. She spent a lot of time with me and was very patient. I come from different country so I am used to things a little different and sometimes hard to understand things here in US. She explained to me things that were at times confusing and she made it make sense. She designed 5 closets and my kitchen pantry for me. I love the way they come out! I am so happy I went with Amy and will be using her again for future projects! Thank you again Amy and Closet Factory! more

Our experience with Amy was wonderful. We challenged her with three different projects (large built-in wall unit, over-sized fireplace mantle with built-in cabinets, and quirky kitchen niche) where we wanted to use different materials (Maple, Cherry, Granite, Stone) with a cohesive flow. She listened to our desires and did a great job in conveying them into fantastic designs demonstrating that she is extremely knowledgeable in her craft. \r \r Amy's team were professional, timely, and executed on the designs. Throughout the project they put up with typical customer changes and in the end delivered a stellar, arguably, work of art product. \r \r We've received many compliments and are thrilled with the service before, during, and even after the completion of the project. more

We were practically buried in ""stuff"" and our family wasn't enjoying time at home. I'm ashamed to say that we looked like hoarders. Shellie was assigned from the Closet Factory to come and see what could be done as far as storage. She was not overwhelmed by our situation but instead she took measurements and encouraged us to meet her in the showroom after she'd done some layouts. The place is amazing and immediately we were able to grasp the concepts that Shellie was explaining. My husband and I had new hope when we saw in 3D what her proposal included. Shellie was very patient and explained each expense as we inquired about upgrade after upgrade. In the end, we made a decision that worked with both our budget and our mess. We are so happy with everything! FIVE STARS for Shellie and the Closet Factory!! more

My wife had been begging me to clean up the garage and I knew I could never get it organized without some help. One of my neighbors told me about Shelley Miller and the work she had done to get their garage in order. She came out and encouraged me to go into the Closet Factory show room so I could see the displays of everything. It was so amazing, that I wanted to buy every option and garage system we finally settled on has a beautiful new floor and more cabinets then I think I will ever fill. But now I have a very happy wife, and you know what they say! more

The Closet Factory sent their representative, Shellie to talk to me about the makeup table and storage area I wanted for a big space I had in my bathroom. She had all kinds of terrific ideas and it turned out WAY better than I was expecting! They are a really good company with a nice showroom and very professional people to do there work. The price was right and I am saving for my custom closet next. more

I am pleased with my Closet Factory product. Mark Sidell was knowledgable and friendly. I liked the choices located at their Powerline Road location in Fort Lauderdale. There were many colors and varieties. I originally thought that the price was just a tad on the expensive end, but it seems to be competitive with the rest of the market, and I ultimately chose Mark and Closet Factory because I believed their service and quality would be better than competitors or alternatives.\r \r I will definitely recommend Mark and Closet Factory to anyone who asks me to recommend a closet Designer. After meeting several custom cabinet companies, We decided to go with Amy Mendez at the Closet Factory. I showed her an inspirational pic of the concept I wanted for my wall unit.She reassured me she would come up with something Beautiful to incorporate all the options I wanted and needed. She not only met my expectations, she blew it out the park! I'm so in love with my new Wall unit. It is everything I ever wanted and more! Absolutely love it! Mark Sidell at Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale was amazing. He is doing many spaces in my home that I recently gutted. The garage had to be done right away and it had to be done right. The floor these guys do was the best option since we didn't want epoxy. Our last garage had epoxy from another garage company who told us it was not epoxy. Turned out to be epoxy and we had nothing but trouble with it. Do yourself a favor if you want a garage floor done call Mark at Closet Factory and tell him I sent you!\r CI Fine more

Getting my master closet done was something my girlfriend was super focused on, so she had the Closet Factory send someone out. Shellie Miller was very professional, fun and knew exactly what we had in mind. She went over all of the options carefully, explaining cost differences and the reason for the way she was designing the layout. We made lots of changes but she never broke a sweat! She was patient and cool through the three meetings we had, our visits to other places and even more revisions...she never gave up and the reason we hired her and the Company was because we could tell that their focus was all about quality and customer service. Shellie is an asset that they are lucky to have, and so are we! We are planning to call her soon to get our garage organized too. When it comes to closets, don't waste your time with all the other places. The Closet Factory and Shellie Miller are the only names you need to know! more

We are very satisfied with the work Closet Factory did for us. We are really glad we met Mark Sidell because we were about to use another vendor who told us they were going to put down a ""poly hybrid"" floor. Turns out that after the salesman lied to us it's really just epoxy which we already had and it was horrible. Thanks Mark for helping to not make a huge mistake. I was so impressed with Mark Sidell and the team he brought to this project. We interviewed 3 others and none came close to the professionalism that Mark has. He made the process fun and exact all the way through from our initial meeting, to design, and installation. I finally got my dream closet and I owe it all to Mark and his installers. It may seem silly, but since my kitchen pantry was designed and installed by the Closet Factory, I've been so much more at ease! Shellie Miller came to my home ad understood why I felt so unorganized. She immediately got to work on reconfiguring the area, making it work far better with drawers, baskets and specific areas for certain things. I can honestly say she changed my life! I'm so glad that Icalled the Closet Factory and they sent Shellie to help. I would 100% recommend them if organization is a challenge for you. more

We could not be more please with our working relationship with Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory. We had worked with other designers who said all the right things and appeared to know what they were doing. But needless to say, we were never satisfied with the outcome. But persistence paid off and we could not be more satisfied with our closets and home office that we now have due to Jeanne Hessen. We will be happy to recommend her and the Closet Factory to everyone we know. more
