As a psychologist, I want to share that a custom closet is a wonderful stress management tool! I wish I had it designed years ago!\r Mark Sidell is professional and creative. I had five designs and his was superior and unique. He also follows through with delivery and any issues and gets prompt resolution.\r Closet factory has their own Deerfield Florida factory. We just had our mudd/utilty room installed by Closet Factory. Amy Mendez was our talented designer. She over exceeded our expectations with the design. I thought I knew what I wanted when we met with her, but she opened up our minds to new ideas. The install crew arrived in a timely manner and were very clean and courteous while installing.We are ecstatic with the finished product! Although It was just a mudd room, I had a vision for the room and Amy helped me bring it to life! more

My husband and I had 4 companies come by and we chose Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale to fix up our garage. It was a serious mess. Mark Sidell came to look and was different from the start. We really got a great feeling from talking to him and he was much more impressive than the others. When we met in their office they had so many different options but Mark made it make sense by keeping us focused and within our budget. The truth is we spent just a little more than we planned but the results are just beautiful. We met with Amy our designer. She was A++++ the entire process. She was extremely patient and took her time with us and designed a very beautiful master closet that accommodates all of our things perfectly with room to add. ;-) We would highly recommend her at the closet factory for all your built in needs. We actually did our research before contacting Closet Factory. We requested Amy because her great recommendations from our neighbors. We have been wanting to do our Home office for quite some time. Because we saw how she transformed our neighbors, we knew she'd be the one. After meeting her and seeing how professional and skilled she was that is all we needed to confirm our decision. She created a beautiful work station for me and my husband. We are so happy and enjoy working out of our new office. it's a joy every time we walk in there and we have Amy Mendez to thank for that! more

I recently used Amy Mendez from Closet Factory to do closets in a new home. The closets came out so well, that I hired Amy to do linen closets, pantry, office, kitchenette, a built in armoire and the garage! She maximized the space with unbelievable skill. We are so happy and her designs have made our house much more comfortable. The product quality is quite good and what wasn't perfect, they were quick to repair and/or redo with no issue. Closet Factory is great, but Amy Mendez was fabulous!!! more

I hired Shellie Miller from The Closet Factory to do my master walk-in closet in my new home. I already knew the set up I wanted and she did exactly what I asked for. we found the closet factory by going on the internet. when we called they were very helpful and put us in touch with deborah maurer, one of their designers. she immediately set up a appointment to come look at our room. i told her we need a small closet built in one of our bedrooms. she said no job was too small. she arrived on time and spent a long time designing a closet to fit our needs.when she finished we agreed on the price ,which was very reasonable,she set up an appointment to have it installed. the installer came the day and time agreed to and he also was very courteous and did a wonderful job.\r i could not find a better person than deborah to design that closet as we did not have a large space to do it. deborah was wonderful,and i highly recommend her for any job.\r louis and barrie goldberg\r 10603 piazza fontana,ibis golf and country club\r west palm beach fl. \r if any one wishes to call us my phone # is 561-627-9217 more

My designer, Shellie Miller. offered adjustments to my current plan which optimized the space to meet my current needs while offering some adjustable shelving and hanger poles which I can easily change-out as my needs evolve. Amy did a fantastic job designing our master bedroom closets. Everything went smoothly and the installation was prompt and on time. After the closets were installed I decided another shelving unit was needed for shoes and she spent the extra time with us to insure that we made the correct decision and even took the time to meet us and deliver the extra shelves that we ordered.
