I've been wanting to do my personal home office for a long time now. I never found a free standing desk to accommodate all me needs though. I received a home mag and saw that closet factory did home offices too. I decided to give them a call. Amy Mendez was our designer and boy did she help out in a big way. I'm thankful to have had her design our space. She knew just the right design after hearing what all my needs were. We just had it all installed and I will say I am pleasantly pleased with the entire process, from custom selecting the finishes and even adding my input on the designs too, all the way to the installation!!. I felt very much included in this and and am so thrilled and now enjoying my new organized space! The installers did a great job with and were quick, efficient and very neat. Thank you Amy Mendez for helping us get more organized! more

When I called for an estimate, the Closet Factory sent a vey nice designer named Shellie Miller. She was very knowledgable about storage and was very thorough explaining all that could be done for my needs. In the end, I didn't use them, but Shellie deserves 5 stars for being so professional! more

Amy Mendez was our designer. She was excellent and came highly recommended. She gave us realistic expectations on the product and company. She did not try to ""sell"" us the dream, but was completely real with us. Our project came out just wonderful and as expected. Would highly recommend her to any of my friends and family for any custom built ins, not just closets! more

Drove past the Closet Factory so many times and never bothered to stop in. I finally decided to and didn't realize the beautiful Garages that they did! I decided to get a free estimate on turning my garage into my own personal man cave. Something I've wanted to do for so long. Amy Mendez was our designer and she was so great. She came out took measurements and created a dream space that fit our budget. It was designed with everything that I needed to store, but also an area where I could enjoy. The team at Closet Factory really did a fantastic job with the installation. Thank you Amy for creating a space that I can't believe I ever lived without! more

A++++ .If I could give 10 stars,I would! Amy was our designer and she made everything go so smoothly. I've never experienced the customer service as she provides. Not only is she great at what she does as a designer, but she actually cares and is with you through the entire process. If you are anything like me, I have had some not so great experiences with custom work down here in S. FL. Amy put our minds to rest and truly came through. She came highly recommended by our realtor who used her and I will pass on this great designer to anyone else who's looking for one. Great job to the Closet Factory team. Job well done all around! more

Mark Sidell was really terrific. He came up with really great design ideas for where to put the shelving which was not easy. He also installed hanging shelves which my wife says doubled the storage we had in the garage. Mark provided a seamless process from the time we met him at the house. Installers were on time, neat and organized and did beautiful work. We more than highly recommend Mark and the Closet Factory people. I've passed the Closet Factory store so many times on my way to work and finally decided to stop in and see it. I was greeted by the lovely Shellie Miller and given a tour. I was amazed at how organized their operation seemed, and the array of different products was impressive. Once I'd seen the ""magic"" I had to have a customized closet with many of the options I'd seen. Proud to say that my closet greets me every morning with a pop of color, hidden treasures (belt slideaway, magnetic locking jewelry drawer, and secret compartments) and everything in its place, as my mother taught me! Many thanks to Shellie and the crew at The Closet Factory. Well done!! more

Considering all of the projects we have done during our home renovation, I have to give five stars and the highest recommendation to Shelly Miller with the Closet Factory. From our first meeting until our last, she has always been five minutes early, and has done absolutely everything she promised. The company did high-quality work and she stayed in touch with me during the entire process. Understanding that working with subcontractors has a fairly high degree of headaches, I am completely impressed with how smooth renovating our closets and our laundry room has been with Shelly and the closet factory. more

I love my closet. I chose Mark Sidell from Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale to do the work for lots of reasons. I got 4 quotes but Mark told me I'd be crazy to buy a closet from an email and he was so right. He made the process so customer friendly and focused on me and what I wanted instead of some standard design that can be emailed 100 times a day. I really enjoyed the process and was surprised at the end when Mark brought me a bottle of champagne. All I can say is WOW! Thanks Mark!\r \r Zoila Brown more

Because we have family visiting from out of town frequently one day my husband brought up getting a Murphy bed for a spare room of ours. We saw a flyer in the mail and I called the closet factory. We were very pleased to meet Shellie Miller and learn about this incredible company, a lifetime guarantee, and were especially excited that the products were made in America. A friend of mine had a beautiful new entertainment center installed by The Closet Factory that was custom-made for her. She referred me to her designer, Shelley Miller who is a lovely lady! I was so happy that she took the time to really listen to what we wanted. When we met her at the factory a few days later, she had designed something that was even better than we imagined! My husband and I were more than pleasantly surprised at the outcome. Not only has it added value to our home, but it has made spending family time in our living room more enjoyable than ever! more

I'm not much for reviews, but Shellie Miller did a terrific job on my Motor Trend garage and because she threw in a few added ""extras,"" here is my opinion. Really well made, professional process, great guarantee and my garage is now a destination instead of a place for ugly extra stuff. Really like the design process with Mark Sidell. My husband and I enjoyed the fact that we could see and feel everything in the Closet Factory showroom in Fort Lauderdale. We were also able to make changes to the designs and see them immediately rather than doing this process by email which would take many more days to complete. Installers were very professional and courteous. They did beautiful work and the floor is beautiful. I got Mark Sidell to build my closets and a wine storage closet for me so he was the only name I thought of to do this project. Working with Mark is easy and very straightforward. I tell him what I want and he builds it, most times even better than what I asked for. I work a lot and when I get home I really love relaxing in my living room with my new entertainment center. We reached out to Amy Mendez who designed a closet for our daughter last year. We were so happy with the outcome and final product, we decided to call her again to do the rest of the closets in our home. There are not many companies out there that you can let your guard down with in knowing that you're completely in good hands. Once again, from beginning to end..an amazing design and a flawless install. The closet factory does some amazing work. They are clean and professional and have hands down the best designers. We love our designer Amy and will continue to come to her for future projects. more
