Being in the renovation business, my focus is always value, price and someone who focuses on quality and timeframe . Because a previous company missed the mark more than once, I tried the closet factory and was more than pleasantly surprised. They assigned Shellie Miller to come and evaluate a project on a job in Fort Lauderdale. She was on time, on point and on the ball throughout the entire transaction. The closet factory did quality work and I will continue to do business with them. I highly recommend this company and Shellie Miller. more

I must say that this was a very small project to fix my daughter's closet. Too much to store in a small space and then the wire racks started to fall down. Mark came out and even though it was a small project he spent lots of time making sure everything was designed properly so that we could easily see and get to her stuff. I only wish I had more for him to do. I would certainly recommend Mark Sidell and Closet Factory to anyone looking to get the best work done. Julie Alexis more

We recently had a credenza installed by Closet Factory. Our fabulous designer was Amy Mendez. Amy earned our trust by listening to what we liked and incorporating it with her vision for our family room while using our side book cases. The room has a touch of Caribbean style and is an oasis for our family. We love the space. Thank you Amy! more

We love our new cabinetry in our garage. Mark Sidell did an amazing of transforming our clutter and disorganized garage into a beautiful space. The cabinets are spacious and strong and look absolutely beautiful. Best of all Mark made the process easy and gave us a really good price. The installation was simple and clean. Shellie Miller was so helpful in designing a large functional closet for my three rambunctious sons to share. Everything went smoothly and the Closet Factory guys who installed it were very neat and professional. The system is very durable - well constructed - and should give them many years of use. We love our floor! We had others tell us all kinds of stuff about how good their floor coating was for garages but they all turned out to be epoxy. Our neighbor had done a floor 6 months ago which the sales guy told them was Poly something or other but that turned out to be epoxy too and now it's coming up in a number of spots. We used Mark Sidell at Closet Factory mainly because they sell the Motor Trend Garage flooring which seems to be the real deal. It's been 2 months and it looks fantastic. Mark was right!! My husband and I decided to sell a townhouse and called several companies to get an estimate for our master closet and storage systems (pantry, laundry room, linen). The Closet Factory bid was good with our budget. Our designer and project manager was Shellie Miller. She was very professional and gave us updates on the project regularly. We have dealt with many home improvement companies and GCs before, but we have never experienced this level of customer service. We highly recommend Shellie and the Closet Factory for your next project. more

I have to say that I was surprised. I was told by 2 other companies that Closet Factory was very good but very expensive. The truth was that when I added all the features Closet Factory gave me the others were the same price. I wanted my closets built right with EVERYTHING I wanted. And that's what Mark did. Better designs, better quality and priced right too. I'm glad I took my time to do a complete comparison otherwise I'd have ended up with closets I hated. Thanks Mark for helping me do it right. I love my new garage floor. I had Mark Sidell come out from Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale who is also the guy who builds all the Motor Trend Garages including the polyurea floors. My floor came out amazing just like he promised it would. The crew was great and despite the rain they still worked through and finished on time and in just one day. Mark was amazing! He made sure the entire process with Closet Factory was very professionally conducted. We are very happy with our final garage cabinetry project and Mark was wonderful to work with. We actually had another company build my wife's master closet. This company had good ratings and had done work for several of our neighbors. While it looked the same on paper it was a bit cheaper so we gave them a try. After seeing the actual results of each company we couldn't be more disappointed with the other company's work. Closet Factory's work was simply much superior, both the design and the details of the final product. Mark was great and we love the closets. This was really a very small job for Mark but he spent lots of time with us to make sure it was done just the way we wanted. We bought a condo and it required lots of arrangements which Mark and the Closet Factory people handled flawlessly. Mark made sure we got a great price too. I was disappointed when no one showed up for a scheduled appt. that I made with Closet Wizard. I then called Closet Factory and they sent Shelly Miller who came out right away. She was wonderful! Throughout her first visit she was courteous and friendly as well as very professional. We toured the facility a few days later (wow!) and placed our order for several closets and a laundry room. The installers were on time, neat and also perfectionists. We will only use the Closet Factory and Shelly for any cabinetry projects in our future. Thank you. more

Amy Mendez, our designer has done an amazing job transforming the existing closet space in our new home to beautifully planed closets that meets all our needs. Amy has a talent in her ability to listen to your storage needs and creating closets that are over and above your expectations. The 2nd pantry closet she created not only stores all my large appliances, seasonal dishes, and miscellaneous serving pieces but she created a section for all my wrapping paper, ribbons and gift bags! Truly a dream closet that makes all my friends green with envy. Amy also helped create a custom laundry room that included custom cubbies for storage of kids coats, shoes and backpacks. The installation team at Closet Factory arrived when they were scheduled. They were on time, friendly, and respectful of our home and left the house as clean and neat as when they arrived. I would and I have recommended Amy with the Closet Factory to anyone that is looking to improve, create or redesign closets and storage spaces in their home. more

Working with Shellie Miller was the best experience I've ever had with any service company. She was on time, listened to my desires, and put a great design together for my entertainment center. The Closet Factory installers were also excellent. Both men were thorough, professional and courteous. Shellie went that extra step to explain to me the other services available and listen to my concerns regarding completion deadlines due travel plans. All in all, it was a perfect transaction! more
