Shelley Miller was amazing when she came to my home and evaluated the two areas that I needed to put closets in. One of them was in a section of my bedroom, so it was more like wardrobes and drawers. She made it look stylish and took everything I needed to put in there into an inventory and made sure that it all fit once it was constructed. I am so happy with the closet factory and Shelley! more

Mark did a terrific job again. We love our pantry now. We didn't know we could get so much stuff in such a small space. We love Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale because we have our own personal Designer who does such beautiful work all over our house. After renovating the kitchen and several other areas, I felt like I needed a change in my closet. It had fallen down twice and I had no room for all my clothes since it was all one hanging length. Shellie Miller was sent to evaluate the situation and she did a perfect layout that has a couple drawers, lots of shelves for my folded shirts, and all of my hanging clothes fit with room leftover. The Closet Factory was the easiest and most on-time company to deal with when I consider the others I had hired for different areas. I wish they did landscaping, kitchens and painting too! more

We couldn't be happier with our closets and murphy bed. Shellie Miller from the Closet Factory was such a pleasure to work with. She took the time to inventory all of our clothes, purses, shoes and everything else, then customized the closets to suit our needs. She also redesigned our guest room to accommodate a beautiful murphy bed with handsome bookshelves. Shellie, the installers and the company were such a pleasure to do business with! more

I wanted to surprise my daughter with a girly closet and Shelly Miller did a nice job with the layout. Even though the quality was superb I was disappointed that the job couldn't get done for almost 6 weeks from when I did the order. I guess they are that good so there are a lot of people getting there closets done by the Closet Factory. I gave it 4 stars because of the long wait, but for layout and quality I give it ten! Thanks Shelly. My daughter is estatic! more

Everything went really smoothly. When I hire someone I note every little thing. Mark Sidell from Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale was amazing. The design process was really great and the installers did beautiful work. The relationship with COSTCO was really comforting too. We knew that we would get a quality product at a very competitive price. We are very pleased with the workmanship. My husband worked at a furniture factory for a while and he was really impressed. And the garage floor is gorgeous. Much nicer than my neighbor's garage floor. After seeing ours he was very unhappy with the company who did his. I love the work Mark Sidell from Closet Factory did for me in my garage. He made the design process so simple even though I had never done this kind of thing before. He asked me if I had compared companies and I told him that after I met him I was convinced that I didn't need anyone else. Plus they were selected by Motor Trend and COSTCO too so I felt I was in good hands. Thank you Mark for the great work and please thank the installers too because they were real pros. Many thanks go to Shellie Miller for her help and patience as my wife and I changed from idea to idea for our master closet renovation. As our project manager, she held everything together and helped to keep us on track as we progressed from our first meeting to our factory tour, through several re-designs and finally our installation. Our Designer Amy Mendez was so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. She designed our Master closet. We are extremely happy with the outcome and would highly recommend Amy. My closets were built many years ago in my small condo. Not much could fit in them, but the ads that kept coming to my home looked so nice, so I gave The Closet Factory a call. Shelly Miller was sent over to evaluate what I had and what I needed to put away. She was so lovely and kind! A definite expert, she got on her computer and made a plan which she showed to me in three dimensions! Completely impressed with her expertise and the photos and testimonials she shared, I immediately paced my order and found that when everything was installed, I had more room than I ever thought! Shelly made magic happen in my little condo! When you call for new closets, make sure to ask for her! more

We were so lucky that the Closet Factory sent Shellie Miller out to see us about putting closets in our brand new home. She reassured us that the process would be easy and gave us many options, from the simplest layouts to more involved with features like beautiful crown molding, color options, textured drawers, hidden mirrors and plenty of extras. As we considered each upgrade, she was very clear about where it was taking our budget. My partner felt very confident working with Shellie because it was very clear that we were not being ""sold."" In the end we built two gorgeous master closets. One had all of the bells and whistles, and one was pretty simple, but still had everything we wanted. Shellie is our go-to lady for future projects in our new place including a custom garage and entertainment center. Call and ask for Shellie! You'll be glad you did! more

My mom recently moved into a studio apartment on the Ocean. She was desperately in need of a Murphy Bed. We met Amy and she designed a great design for the bed. One I have never seen or thought of before. She is so creative and talented. We knew we were going to use her from the moment we met her. Her mannerism and her experience were so helpful. Such a difference in using a designer vs just a typical salesman. My mother loves her new bed. She even got to use her existing mattress! It came out just I expected, if not better! I highly recommend Amy Mendez over at the Closet Factory. If you want to use a company with professional designers that actually have talent, then this is the place to go! Thank you again! more

After hours of research I called the Closet Factory because the reviews online and the video on YouTube really convinced me that their method was the best one.They sent Shellie Miller out to measure my garage and she was totally impressive with her knowledge expertise and smart answers. The guy who leads the crew Jerry was really nice as well. I recommend this Polyuria floor installed by the Closet Factory over any other. Believe me, I've seen the disasters that came from other companys. This is the real deal! more

My experience with Shellie Miller and the Closet Factory was brief, but excellent! I needed a small closet made more useful and Shellie was the right person for the job! She showed me several options, while explaining exactly how the process would work. She gave me a virtual showroom tour on her iPad and I was very confident because of other reviews, the fact that the products are American made, and the professional way everything was handled. The installer who came was polite and neat. For any future projects, my first call will be to Shellie! more
