Closet Factory was referred to us by a close friend who had nothing but positive things to say about Mark Sidell. We were in the midst of a master bath & closet renovation. Closet Factory unlike our GC walked us through every step of this chaotic renovation we were about to embark on. Mark was fantastic. Not pushy at all. Super genuine and honest. Helped us figure out exactly what we needed. A sincere and talented man. Mark was very informative and professional. Mark went out of his way to meet with us on Fatherâ??s Day to go over the layout and materials. Dallas and I were not only impressed but excited to be working with such a great guy at a great company. Due to the serval delays with construction we had to reschedule our walkthrough date with Closet Factory serval times. During this period Mark took the time to check in on us and the progress of the construction. Fast forward 4 months laterâ?¦day of installation has finally arrived. Although our bathroom was still not completed our master closet was about to come to life. The installers that came showed up promptly and worked quickly to get the closet installed. At first I wasn't sure the Closet Factory was the appropriate vendor for my project. But my mind change after I saw some work that my neighbors had done in their house. They told me that the designer was wonderful to work with. They gave me Amy Mendez's number. She was quick to respond (and if you have ever worked with contractors you will appreciate that), she sat down with us and went over our ideas for an office built in with shelves and a desk. She custom designed it according to our vision and taste. We even made an addition after the original install, without any trouble. Overall our experience with Amy and the Closet factory was superior and well worth a free initial consultation. After working with multiple contractors for other projects in our home, Amy was efficient. timely, and the work was well executed. more

When we had to renovate the closets and consider an entertainment center in our new home before moving in, we knew just who to call. Shellie Miller from the Closet Factory had done a beautiful job for my wife's best friends house. Shellie came over and assessed our desires quickly, professionally, and comprehensively. A few days later, we met her in their showroom and went over every plan carefully, making changes according to what we wanted and her recommendations. Love my Motor Trend garage. Mark had the flooring guys add a very cool stripe down the center which not only reminds me of the courses I race on, but it divides my side of the garage and my hocky player son's side. We're so glad we met Mark Sidell at Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale. We bought a new home and have many things to do to make our home really ours. The most important job was to get our home office functioning so that my husband could manage every aspect of our lives. We also need space for our children to do homework and to spend time with the two of us. Working with Mark was so comfortable. He really knows what he's doing and always seemed to be one or two steps ahead in making sure we thought of everything that was important to get this right. We know garage floors because we own car dealerships up north and have had many commercial floors installed. We had heard about polyurea but had always used epoxy in the past because it was cheap and we could have it redone when the floors got really beat up. Those days are over. We really love the finished product in our new home here in Florida and since it's permanent we will use poly in our dealerships as well. We had 4 companies come to look at our garage. 1 never showed up, 1 came and never got back to us with a quote probably because they were in over their heads, 1 gave us a price that was so low that we knew it would not be the quality we required, and 1 was Mark Sidell from Closet Factory. I recommend Amy Mendez to design your closet. She is very attentive and really takes your personal style into consideration. She will look at whether you gravitate towards shoes and handbags, and take your favorite pieces to highlight in the design. I felt very inspired when I saw my before and after photos.
