The nicest closet in my house was designed by Shellie Miller, who was THE BEST at customer service and always on time. I bought this closet system to keep my clothes a bit more orderly. I like how it doesn't look like it's made out of fiberboard, but it is. I have not had any issues with the material it is made out of, and the lifetime warranty gives me peace of mind. I bought the brushed nickel hardware, so everything looks even nicer. I also like that there are shelves I can adjust. I will recommend Shellie and the Closet Factory to anyone I know without any problem.
