Found that replacement was best case scenario given the special needs for warm and hot water in our family. Found the old unit so calcified that awaiting time for a warranty repair on the buring unit (gas water heater) would not have been in our best interests. (Only had 10 days remaining on unit warranty.) Even after in replacing the buring unit the system may not have functioned correctly or well anyway. Christian tech (Jeff) gave us several viaable options. Was able to immeidately implement and effect the purchase option chosen. Also found that the fee charged (subsequently waived) for an inspection and house call was much more reasonable then some other contractors I had contacted, including the former installer of the old unit. Have had this same company for other more expensive repair jobs. Not exactly happy this time. Questioned the submitted bill before repair of water valve. Questioned why the service call fee was still included in the bill at the end of the repair job. Questioned why a lump sum total was presented instead of an itemized bill, showing a cost break down for the complete job of what was done by tech. Informed by tech, they don't do that. Tech finally removed the service call fee of $69.95 and we paid repair bill in full with cash, $315.00 and he gave us the old valve part. It was my first time working with Christian Brothers Plumbing-HVAC-Electrical, we found out about them partly through a recommendation from my daughter and partly through some ads I saw. The technician that came by to do the work, Eric, was excellent. He took care of all my plumbing issues in a very timely manner, he didn't even take a lunch because he was working so hard to get it done as quickly as possible. I really respect the high level of customer service that he has provided me. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing great service and I will definitely be using them in the future because they are specialized in so many different fields. more

We bought a 5 ton dual stage AC unit and opted for installing zoning ductwork in our house instead of getting 2 new AC units when our old units were not working at maximum capacity. From the first tech that came out Kennden, to Jon that came out to explore the pricing and options to all the technicians that did all the AC work (Ronnie and George were just 2), the experience was positive. There were some minor setbacks and the whole process took about 5 days to be completely done, but they really came through to get the job done and make us happy. The drywall guy Lenny even did an amazing job patching up our attic opening and made it look better than it did before. The pricing was pretty high but I can see why with the quality work and employees. In this case you get what you pay for. I also used the 24 hour service line and got a quick response and all of the customer service representatives were very friendly. They also make sure to call to let you know they are on the way or if there is going to be a delay. Thank you Christian Brothers more

I have used Christian Brothers for about 3 years but never again, This toilet was repaired on I/5/17 and probably slow leaked until now. I noticed the wall was discolored and realized the toilet must be leaking. I called Restore (recommended by my Insurance company( and they set up 2 fans to dry the damaged wall. In the mean time I was told by Joy to call her and she would see if Christian Bros. would share the expense. I called after Restore finished drying the wall and removed the fans at an expense of $800.00. installation and should be covered by the turning on and off of the valve, the hose broke and had to be replaced. I paid your service man $189.00 to replace the part. I feel that this expense was incurred because of your poor quality of original work and should be born by your company. Also when I called Joy to report the cost, she pretended to remember nothing. I do not enjoy being lied to and you certainly have not fulfilled your promise to see that your customer is satisfied. Scheduled Christian Bros. to be at my house early Wednesday afternoon. Mid afternoon nobody had showed so I called and they said sorry we had down for Thursday. I said I won't be home Thursday so they said they'll get someone out later tonight. Nobody shows, so I call and they say sorry that guy doesn't have the equipment he needs but he'll be out first thing in the morning. I explained again I won't be home, so cancel. Guess what hapens - somebody shows up Thursday morning as I'm leaving the house so I sent him home. Had a similar experience last time I tried to schedule work. Their workmen seem to be good quality but the scheduling department is utterly incompetent so they've lost my business. more

I had a hot water pipe break in one of my bathrooms and water was flooding the bathroom as well as seeping under the baseboards and causing wetness in other closets. Christian Brothers, and in particular, my service tech, Dennis Allen was amazing!!! The work was completed with minimal messy clean up and now I have new pipes throughout my house. I cannot begin to thank them enough! Very professional, courteous, and available at any time. Thank you Dennis!! You deserve a 5 star rating!! :) more

We had sewer problems & called for help.They were here on time,& when the plumber couldn't fix the problem ,he called for his supervisor for additional help.They had to use a camera into the line to find the problem.The iron pipes were cracked & shifted ,not letting anything through.They were very efficient at their job.They came out the next day to dig up the pipes.It took longer than we were wanted,but when done we were happy.the yard was leveled & seeded . more
