Have had this same company for other more expensive repair jobs. Not exactly happy this time. Questioned the submitted bill before repair of water valve. Questioned why the service call fee was still included in the bill at the end of the repair job. Questioned why a lump sum total was presented instead of an itemized bill, showing a cost break down for the complete job of what was done by tech. Informed by tech, they don't do that. Tech finally removed the service call fee of $69.95 and we paid repair bill in full with cash, $315.00 and he gave us the old valve part.
