We started using Christian Brothers In March 2018. Our upstairs unit went out. $2k later it was fixed. We started having trouble with our downstairs unit in July. This was a little harder to detect. By about the 5th or 6th visit it was determined the downstairs unit fan needed replacing. When Chris came to do the work he fixed the fan and then proceeded to finish things up. That’s when he determined all these other “issues” going on. We felt like we were being taken advantage of. Why weren’t these things discovered before the work was completed. It made us not trust the whole process. Chris finished up with the work that he came to do and we paid. Not sure if we will continue using Christian brothers for future calls. The whole process was not enjoyable.
