Had a ceiling fan installed after removal of the old fan. It took 1 hour to complete. I had purchased my new fan myself but it cost me $511.66 for 1 hr. labor. My Doctor can't come close to this figure. I guess even my auto Mechanic can't come close to this. Normally my Mechanic at the dealer charges at most $100 per hr plus parts. Go do the math. I guess I won't be a repeat customer. I believe I can get the same work done by a pro for less. We all live on a fixed income. Get real. Christian? more

I have had your company prevent maintenance on our AC unit for years. two small tubes rub together and cause an leak. I thought a PM was to prevent. Your techs may not have noticed two tubes, Your techs did not move them away from each other. no value. more

Three weeks after a service call, our facility was experiencing difficulty keeping one of our buildings cooled. I called Christian Bros. to set up an appointment. Without hesitation, the dispatcher set us up with the technician, Eric, who had previously serviced our equipment. She said Eric would call me within a half hour and, surely, he did! He was in East Mesa, we are in North Phoenix-Deer Valley. At 3 pm he said he would arrive at 5pm- he showed up at 4pm. After testing the airflow in the building he quickly determined that someone had turned on the air handler for our removed swamp cooler. A simple fix, but one we would not have identified, considering none of us have ever touched that control box. He previously said that this 20+ year-old heat pump should be considered for replacement: a lesser service technician would have stood by that observation and insisted we replace the unit. Being a church, we don't have the means for such snap decisions, so it was refreshing that a company like Christian Bros. had our back. As their name implies, they are truly Christian Bros.! Our service tech Drew was very thorough and explain everything that was going to be done for our A/C . The group of techs came early on Saturday morning to remove and replace our duct work. They cleaned up afterwards as well. However, a follow-up appointment was supposed to be scheduled for Monday but we have heard nothing since saturday. Also, our phone line was cut when the service was done. We have used them before and will use them again. more

The young service man was neat, polite and appeared professional. I had two faucets repaired. One in garage and one out near front door. Did not like nor interested in the up selling. The cost relative to work done was extremely expensive. Two faucet repair and very minor faucet location reconfiguration was $780. He did tell me upfront what the price was going to be.
