They are great great with customer service. Very friendly when I called with my concerns and had someone out the very same day. The tech, Chris, was very friendly and informative. Customer for life 11/11/2018

Had an electrical box replaced for my spa, 2 additional outlets added to my back patio and a TV mounted. Barry and Mike arrived early, worked hard and everything was completed professionally. I called for an electrician and gained 2 new friends. I will use Christian Brothers for all of my future electrical needs . more

Really excellent service. 10/27/2018

I've just experienced having both plumbing and electrical specialists at my home recently. In both cases, the services had to be turned off and the personnel were so quick and professional that nothing "bad" happened in the refrigerator. The electrical was replacing an entire "box" and the plumbing "created" new clean-outs (we couldn't find the originals, from 1959...can you believe it? LOL). Now have new ones and filtered water...a few more things done (as always). Both services were done professionally and in a very timely manner. I have used Christian Brothers since 2011 and recommend them highly. After all, they know what they are doing and are 24/7. You just can't beat that. more

Service and personnel are excellent. However, your mark-up on parts is excessive. Several months ago in needed a thermostat replaced and was charged $300.00 for a thermostat that I could buy on Amazon for $43.00. Saturday I had to have a hose bib replaced and was charges $200.00 for a hose bib that can be purchased from Ace Hardware to $59.00 and change. I don;t mind a 100% mark-up but the noted items are very excessive. more

Best part was serviceman Chris. Young, full of knowedge, willing to work into the night if so desired. Return next day as promised. Repairs done without hitch. Leak check system after large amount of Freon was added during emergency call out. 9/16/2018

3 pounds of Freon was added during an emergency call out. We were concerned that we must have a major leak as the unit has been checked every 6 months since it was installed 4 years ago, and the tech did not do a leak check after adding the Freon. After expressing my concern, George came out to leak check the system. George was very thorough in checking for any leaks, but did not find a confirmed leak and will come back and recheck it after the unit runs for a couple of weeks. It appears from this initial leak check that it is a slow leak and should have been noticed during the routine inspections, and not have resulted in an emergency call out. George is very knowledgeable, thorough and a pleasure to deal with. more

Thermostat not working properly 9/16/2018

Paul came to the house and quickly identified the problem explained our options then finished the work we authorized as we discussed with a smile on his face and pleasant manner. We enjoyed him being here and didn't feel inconvenienced at all since he made it all better quickly. more

GREAT SERVICE 9/11/2018

I like it when a Service contractor lives up to their promises and there are no surprises. That is how I found Christian Brothers to be. I knew earlier in the year I would need to replace both of my AC units at the house within the next year. When the large unit needed repair, I chose to replace both and not spend twice in repair and then replacement. First Mario, and then George, Robert and a host of technicians came and quickly replaced the two units with new ones. I am totally pleased with this firm and highly recommend them to you! more
