I have used Christian Brothers for about 3 years but never again, This toilet was repaired on I/5/17 and probably slow leaked until now. I noticed the wall was discolored and realized the toilet must be leaking. I called Restore (recommended by my Insurance company( and they set up 2 fans to dry the damaged wall. In the mean time I was told by Joy to call her and she would see if Christian Bros. would share the expense. I called after Restore finished drying the wall and removed the fans at an expense of $800.00. installation and should be covered by the turning on and off of the valve, the hose broke and had to be replaced. I paid your service man $189.00 to replace the part. I feel that this expense was incurred because of your poor quality of original work and should be born by your company. Also when I called Joy to report the cost, she pretended to remember nothing. I do not enjoy being lied to and you certainly have not fulfilled your promise to see that your customer is satisfied.
