The service tech spent more time trying to sell me everything he could instead of just putting in a cartridge in my shower. That only took him about 15 minutes total and then charged me $306.00 after quoting my wife and myself that it would only cost 206.00. He should have been a used car salesman. After he left, I immediately called the company and explained what had happened. The man told me he would take my information and pass it on to the supervisor and they would contact me. It has been nearly a week and still no returned call. Not a good customer relations .
